I wonder if you watched a certain YouTube video by Geoff Marshall 😂 A pretty interesting video nonetheless. Edgware Road on the District is NOT step free and it is our terminus

A pretty interesting video nonetheless. Edgware Road on the District is NOT step free and it is our terminus Has a circle on it which means it’s an interchange station. I was talking about Watford being the only terminus to have a “bar” shape after Mill Hill East and Cockfosters are now step-free and will get the street to platform circle when the map gets updated.

Aldgate? Aldgate does have one but the Circle Line’s yellow covers pretty much all of it.

This isn't really trivia, but Sony and TfL have collaborated to replace the roundels at Oxford Circus station with PlayStation style symbols, in preparation of the upcoming PS5. I must say, it looks very smart!

I must say, it looks very smart! Oooo... Very creative! Quite convenient that the LU roundel was already a red circle. Its a shame that those squares, triangles, crosses and circles (can't really call them roundels) are only going to last 48 hours, they really brighten up the station, I'd be happy to have them there permanently! I also bet TfL are delighted with those extra funds.

The rebranding at Lancaster Gate, Mile End, Seven Sisters, West Ham is staying until early December

Canada Water is the only Overground station to be underground. Technically Liverpool Street main line station is considered "underground" as the platforms are below street level. When the smoking ban was introduced on the Underground following the King's Cross fire it also applied to Liverpool Street main line.

Canada Water is the only Overground station to be underground. Shadwell? Glad you said that - I was racking my brain about Shadwell, only used it once and wasn't 100% sure if it was underground.

Wapping? Rotherhithe? Whitechapel - overground below underground and neither under ground?

Wapping? Rotherhithe? Whitechapel - overground below underground and neither under ground? Whitechapel isn’t underground for the LU and the LO but it is unique that the LU stops above the LO.

(somewhat similar to Morden) Out of curiosity when is an underground platform actually under ground? Liverpool Street metropolitan line for example is open at one end but clearly below street level - under ground?
