It's not in London either.

Erm right, no sure what your point is? I could list 100s of places outside of London. The topic is places with no TfL bus services! I put Epping as its fairly unique even having a tube station but no TfL bus service.

Both Epping and Edinburgh are outside London, so both equally right or wrong depending on how you see it!

Amersham, Chesham, Chalfont & Latimer, Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Moor Park, Croxley and Theydon Bois have a tube station but no TfL bus service.

from a tweet by the Deputy Mayor for Transport
...is excellent for seeing which parts of London don't have a bus service.
Areas that stand out include Richmond Park, northwest Enfield, north Hillingdon, rural Bromley and especially outer Havering.
Most of these areas don't have many houses, obviously, but some Londoners are definitely missing out.
Richmond Park does have a bus service - but only one day a week for six months of the year! A ride on the Richmond Park Minibus by Julian Walker, on Flickr At one time when Postbuses were in vogue, one was proposed for Richmond Park; had it gone ahead it would have been the only Postbus to operate within Greater London. Postbus: Dodge Spacevan 2090P (1983) by The Postal Museum, on Flickr - shared under Creative Commons licence creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/ Parts of North Hillingdon are served by Red Eagle Buses routes R1/R2 which link Mount Vernon Hospital and Harefield with Rickmansworth, Maple Cross and Chorleywood. These are operated under contract to Hertfordshire County Council. The northwesternmost point of Hillingdon is also very close to Uxbridge Road, Mill End (between Rickmansworth and Maple Cross) which is served by Arriva routes 520 and 724. redeagle.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/TT_R1R2R3_0917.pdfEssex County Council route 269 between Brentwood and Grays passes briefly through the easternmost extremity of Havering between Great Warley and South Ockendon, this service is currently operated by NIBS (Nelson's Independent Bus Services). Although this service requires a London Service Permit (LSP), it does not have to comply with London emissions standards as it stays outside the Low Emissions Zone! www.essexbus.info/pdf/NB_269.pdf

Rainham is indeed Havering Thanks, so 27 out of 31 go to Romford, that's 87% ! Hate to be a spoil sport but the 372 doesn't quite make it into Romford. Is Hornchurch okay? Saying that it's a pretty interesting fact! I bet only Kingston can give Havering a run for its money with regards to a borough that has the most routes serving one location.

Depends how you define location. If a single point the junction of George Street and Dingwall Road sees the following 21 daytime routes, not including night or school day routes.
50,60,64,75,109,119,154,166,194,197,198,312,367,403,407,410,433,466,455,468,X26
If we include the location described as Croydon Town Centre, you can add the following 8 routes
157,250,264,289,405,412,450,X68

I bet only Kingston can give Havering a run for its money with regards to a borough that has the most routes serving one location. I think this once again reinforces what bus routes tend to be used for in the suburbs, giving people a link to the local town centre or railway station. Of all Havering's routes that don't serve Romford the 372 and 256 go to Hornchurch (and Lakeside for the 372), the 287 goes to Barking while the 497 and 346 both act as feeders to the local rail stations from various estates.

Willesden has : 6, 52, 98, 206, 226, 260, 266, 297, 302, 460 (N98 and N266) if we include night buses (10 or 12) If we include the southern half of Willesden like junction and craven park, which is Harlesden but the whole area is Willesden we can include the : 18, 187, 220, 228, 487 and N18 which brings it upto: (15 or 18) so if you live in Willesden, Church end you essentially have your pick of the bunch
