Because no one else, ever, in the whole of human history has ever made a slip of the tongue. I honestly don’t understand why this is even news. It’s kind of sad for anyone to be making anything of this It was funny, you have to wonder what was going through her mind

What, however, this does highlight, is that Labour is lagging behind when it comes to having females in top positions. The first female leader of a political party, first female PM, now first female London mayoralty candidate. In fact, at some point during Theresa May's time as PM, Labour was the only major political party to have a male leader! I understand it's not necessarily a race to have had the most female leaders etc, but just thought that this was an interesting little fact. I am sure Thresea May had throw that in Corbyn's face about diversity some time ago. Although I do not like the approach, to select the first female mayor, PM etc. this is what is ruining the country trying to get labels of people in a certain position for the sake of it. It is no longer about the best candidate. That was also one of the reasons why Sunak was left behind and Liz Truss selected.

She is a shadow of her former self sadly.

No, the reason Truss was selected was because she ran on the basis of tax cuts and growing the economy which is what excites Tories as apposed to Sunak who said the complete opposition - it has nothing to do with being a woman.

That's a good point - although a lot of the Labour top team are now women including the shadow Chancellor.

Those that are committed to voting Conservative will stick with Susan Hall. It will be interesting though to see how far she goes in criticising Hall's policies and campaigning, and how much notice the Media takes of any of it.

Most independents do not stand a chance unless they were a major figure politically before. I never heard of her until reading this.

As Londoners, it seems Sadiq has signed us up to eat no more than 44 grams of meat a day, basically under half a quarter pounder a day. I did not sign up to this and reject what he has signed me up for!

I did not sign up to this and reject what he has signed me up for! So he’s giving us a meat tax 😂. That midget should just f**k off, total embarrassment of a human being. Let’s hope anyone and I don’t care who wins the election.

www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2023/09/15/sadiq-khan-green-london-net-zero-ulez-c40-mayors-2030/Here's an article from last month about it. I think it's extremely unlikely. I would never comply to the climate loonies demands; the article says meat and dairy banned, only allowed one holiday every 3 years, only allowed to buy clothes 3 times a year As I said this seems very unlikely to happen but I do not wish to be controlled by climate clowns Just look at Greta Thunberg and see how much of a muppet she has become
