A very sad day for football. What a gentleman he was, player and manager. Will be missed in the football. Rest in peace.

Just to lighten the mood (unless you're a Man U fan), Erik ten Hag's face must have been Cherry red after their 3-0 loss to Bournemouth

I’ve been saying this for a few years - media, PGMOL & FA are all against us Now it's really obvious. Booking Arteta for doing small celebration and even then he didn't go all out. These people and their gentlemen club mentality are really trying to set an example of what happens if you try and go against them. I can take losing if we didn't play well and said team ran us down but Newcastle and Aston Villa really benefited from results against us when they were playing shambolic. Emery came with his plan and that's how he usually sets his team. Get one goal and sit back.

This came up on my recommended on YouTube and the disdain in Alan Parry's voice in this robbery whilst sad did make me laugh. Both teams I dislike for various reasons. youtu.be/gz3PjIo5nWg?si=MtQk0GfeHtyNLUa2

YX10FFN I forgot to say what a match on Saturday. I did tell my friends that your team will drop points against my team and united as it's back to back and very rarely do top teams get maximum results back to back but what a game.

I'm more frustrated with the United game as there were so many close opportunities that were fluffed- in the Arsenal game Liverpool looked rather flat and could not hold on to the ball. Particularly concerning performance from Salah, despite the nice finish, as he struggled to dribble past anyone (usually his specialty).

Watching Brentford at the moment is depressing, half of our players are out for whatever reason (mosty injury), and we keep going down . We've had a lot of bad luck with injuries, especially with Rico Henry out for the rest of the season. But with Dasilva back next Friday, Toney back on the 17th Jan and potentially Hickey back for the 20th, things could be looking up a bit (or until another player gets injured...) What I will say is Flekken needs to go. He is absolutely rubbish, and has been the whole time. Surely Strakosha can't be much worse...

All I'm going to say is I'm waiting until the end of season because what I saw today. I'm not trying to hear it today.

What I will say is Flekken needs to go. He is absolutely rubbish, and has been the whole time. Today was a well welcomed victory at the GTECH! The King was back, and scored a great goal quite literally in front of my eyes (I was front row near the goal he scored in). Mee has redeemed himself after his red card with his goal today I'd say haha. As I was on the other end for Maupay's, I've watched it and wow that was tight, and it was very close to being a handball. I have to say, Roerslev has really upped his game and was well deserving of the round of applause we all gave him as he limped off near the end. Flekken did a couple of good saves (shock), but he just stood there for the second Forest goal. He didn't even try to save it... 235 after wasn't great, the traffic from the Waterman's Centre turn off to the A4 is crazy, as it has been every evening. I don't know whether it's limited to just after football matches or whether it's like that all the time. The poor driver didn't even take a break once he arrived at Great West Quarter. On another note, it seems Strakosha may want to leave Brentford: It's a real shame as honestly I think he's really good, at least better than Flekken is. He seemed to have some sort of effect on the team during the FA Cup game against Wolves in the GTECH, I don't know what it was but the team just worked so well that game. All we were missing was someone to finish, we had the ball consitently up there with no-one to shoot I never understood why Brentford bought Flekken when they had Strakosha there who was Lazio number 1.

Because they loaned Raya to us which will turn permanent anytime now - whether Flekken should be their number 1 is a different debate but he apparently did come with good reviews from his time in the Bundesliga
