I don't know how I feel about the Mudryk deal. I'm hoping this is not like the Guiamaraes deal again. But I get Edu's approach of not spending too much money. If this bites us come May then serious questions will be asked. I think we've done the right thing - £100m Euros is stupid for someone who has only been in the Shaktar team in a poor league for roughly a year. Arsenal is not that club to do something like this. Really don't get these guys online saying Edu out and all this nonsense - once again, people with short memories forgetting the business he has done when you look at the first team now. As long as we get good cover in, I'll be happy - I think people should also be questioning Mudryk himself given he was professing his love for us but very quick to accept the money from Chelsea and be stupidly locked in on a 7 year contract - good luck getting out of that one if it all goes pear shaped. At least with Guiamares, he was playing in a semi decent league and was far more proven and older as well so I can fully understand the frustrations with that one We do need to have a plan b in place otherwise questions will be asked if it bites us again. It may soften the blow a little bit if we win today but if we don't get anyone in before the window closes we need to hope and pray no serious injuries comes and we don't drop stupid points to the point we lose out on the title.

A rather one sided 259 derby so far and another gaffe from Lloris......Tottenham need one hell of a half time talk from Conte.

Conte will be hopefully withdrawn like the 57 plate E200 Darts on the 318 by the weekend It was nice of him to acknowledge how well Arsenal did, but when you start praising other managers for their hard work (when not putting any hard work in yourself) it's hard to justify your position. Levy is on the brink of selling up, if he is hoping to flog the Club to Ensignbus so to speak, he will get more if it's in a driveable state than spares scattered around Edmonton Garage He might bring Pochettino back before other struggling clubs try to pinch him (Chelsea want rid of Potter, Lampard clings on by fingernails at Everton) as he was loved by fans and was never backed as much as Conte has been (and still is as they look to add three more and offload Royal and Doherty). Conte is still living out of a hotel and spends most of his time in Italy, I think he wants back at Juventus. This time last year there was fire in his belly after the upset at Burnley. Now he looks more uncomfortable like someone who's had an Island Delight pattie that's on the turn in Sainsburys. I feel sickened too by the tactics of do nothing until conceding. We've had more coaches than Arriva, so listen out for Talk Sport and news of his sacking within coming days If the Club appears to be doing well, then there's more chance of attracting Qatari cash. Joe Lewis, ENIC owner is approaching 86 and probably tiring of seeing the club in this dormant state for the past 22 years

In recent years you do seem to take points off those folks. We need Conte to work his miracle again 🙏

I agree with him. On paper Spurs has a good team, but with so many different managers over the years and minimal trophy's it isn't just the manager to be at blame.

Their team isn't that great - they have several good or decent players (Kane, Son, Kuluveski, Bentencuer, Hoijberg, Romero when he isn't behaving like a liability & Bissouma) but the rest are not up to the standard to consistently reach top 4 or even win a trophy for them. Looking at them from an outsider and their nemesis over in the other part of North London, Conte & Levy are the two problems at that club - an overrated manager that constantly whinges and makes excuses about everything whilst playing dull football and an owner who picks and chooses who he backs such as failing Pochettino (the only Spurs manager that, as a Gooner, actually worried me in terms of what they could do with him in charge) in the market but then allow Mourinho & Conte, two dinosaurs, more of what they wanted than what the progressive Pochettino wanted.

I agree with him. On paper Spurs has a good team, but with so many different managers over the years and minimal trophy's it isn't just the manager to be at blame. Daniel Levy is trying to run Waitrose using Lidl's business model In a £1bn stadium, yet they pretend to be poor every transfer window and haggle for bargains (the Pedro Porro instalmemts to pay £45m is one example). This is why the club struggle like Brighton's first Streetdecks on the hills around the city Conte has been the most vocal about working to a budget, but then again Spurs did spend over £170m last summer on new players, so perhaps he's not utilizing them enough. Richarlison seems to be our EN38 who appears occasionally, Harry Kane, like EN16 doesn't know where he is going... It's poor, but Conte is better suited to mega bucks clubs where they throw money around and he can have every player he wants, or take over a ready made squad. Spurs was always a gamble, like the buses on the 237, some players have been there too long - Kane, Dier, Son, Hojberg, Moura have seen so many bosses come and go. Levy views players as "assets" but won't let them go if they want - such as Kane's failed bid to go to Man City a couple of years ago. Players at Spurs have seen former colleagues leave and go on and win stuff with better clubs, so a lot are looking out the rear window and wanting off the bus. Don't blame them, training so intense some players vomit, yet the same tired football every match. Clubs have sussed out Conte's formation and wingback style, so we are picked apart each game. Lloris couldn't catch Coronavirus at the moment, Son looks as tired as the buses on the 259 and we have a boss who lives in a hotel like Alan Partidge There is some glimmers of hope of Levy sells up soon, but you can't wait until then. Cue another rushed driver change on the 243 when Tuchel logs in on the Wayfarer after Conte is sent packing after a mauling at Man City on Thursday night
