Should do, as there is no restriction I can think of for double decks and I've seen photos of double decks parked there so it shouldn't be a problem. The maintenance area can only accommodate single deckers. The 11 used to run from there possibly thou with its maintenance done at another garage thou.

The maintenance block has been equipped to do routine maintenance on electric single deckers as that is the only allocation. The layout of the parking area was changed to to give access to the chargers which run on both sides of the two rows. For obvious reasons I suspect the diesel fuel tanks have been removed from the site.

The planned changes to routes 78 242 and 349 have been cancelled Route 12 has been saved as well. Good news for residents in Peckham who would have seen a much worse service. Route 3's re-routing to Victoria is going ahead however.

The 12 had the second most replies to the consolation from passengers, thanks to local campaigns.

Route 3's re-routing to Victoria is going ahead however. The 45 has been saved which is fantastic for me In addition, for South London, the 45 had the third most comments at 341 with the 148 in second at 359 and the 12 way out in front with over 2,000 comments

I'd like to see the 12 increased in frequency to at least every 10 minutes instead of the current 12, but it's probably a big ask.

It is known that route 11 will have a PVR of 14. What about the other routes?

How ridiculous that after worrying everyone about huge cuts, then saving most of them , TfL and Khan now start saying there will be improvements in Outer London to go with the expansion of ULEZ
Politicians are the absolute worst of society. Incredulous.

Incredulous. The biggest worry I have is the people on here saying cuts in Inner London are necessary and should happen (usually those who don't live or use services in the affected areas as well) yet this has come out and not a peep at all - if I turned around and said, these shouldn't happen, I'd get slaughtered for it (I think they are deserved in any event).

Although I would take the outer london improvements with a pinch of salt. We know the Silvertown tunnel routes have berm scaled back and it talks about two new routes for the Marsden when neither the 439 and S2 will go near it (not to mention the S2 is simply the Epsom to Sutton section of the 470 and Sutton to St Helier section of the S4).

And it’s probable that these extra services are those already planned ages ago & will now be billed as ULEZ extras , when they weren’t at all to begin with.

Same with Meridian Water and the Brent Cross West ideas.
