I think the 363 wins the award for being in a certain London borough depending in which direction it goes in.
Southbound: Southwark, Lewisham (Wood Vale), back into Southwark, then Lewisham (London Road, Sydenham Hill) then back into Southwark and then the bus stand at Crystal Palace bus station is in Bromley. (Before the bus stand opened, the route would cross the roundabout where Bromley, Croydon and Lambeth would meet, but boundary changes have changed that).
Northbound (Bus stand in Bromley) and then Southwark throughout as the route is inside the borough on the boundary roads in Sydenham Hill and Wood Vale.
197: Southwark, Lewisham, Bromley, Croydon.
176: Camden (Southbound only on Earnshaw Street and St Giles High Street), Westminster, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Bromley.
185: Westminster, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham.
356: Croydon, Bromley, Lewisham, Southwark (Towards Upper Sydenham only).
227: Bromley, Lewisham, Southwark.

This is opposite but some trunk routes that enter the least boroughs?? I think the 30 is a candidate just for Hackney, Islington and Camden only. Not sure if it enters Westminster at the Marble Arch end as it alights outside Primark which I believe falls under Camden as it doesn't run in service on Park Lane.
Another is the 274, only runs through Islington, Camden and Westminster.
214 runs through Camden, Islington and City Of London

460 is almost all Barnet, from Cricklewood to Willesden however it goes into Brent.

Other least amount in Lambeth are the 118 (Lambeth & Merton), 315 (Lambeth & Wandsworth), 415 (Lambeth & Southwark) & 507 (Lambeth & City of Westminster) - everything else should serve minimum of three boroughs.

Off the top of my head they're also: 45 (Lambeth and Southwark) 77 (Lambeth and Wandsworth) G1 (Lambeth and Wandsworth)

No it doesn't, that's further down Edgware Road going towards Kilburn which 260 doesn't cross. I live in Cricklewood and have lived there for years, so I'm pretty sure I know which routes cross and which don't. Cricklewood Broadway is pretty much half Barnet/Brent. This is correct. The Barnet boundaries of Cricklewood end at Ash Grove road, after which is when you enter Camden borough territory, not before on that half of the road which is Barnet onwards.
Good to hear of another Cricklewood resident here.
On topic, I struggle to think of an route that goes over 4 boroughs.
189 is an good example with travelling into 4 boroughs. Deals with Barnet,Camden, Brent and City of Westminster.
I live around Cricklewood, more so Willesden Green as well and completely agree.

114- Hillingdon, Harrow, Brent and Barnet. 331- Hillingdon, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire 81- HOunslow, Hillingon, Berkshire 316- H&F, K&C, Westminster, Brent, Camden and Barnet. ( This is only towards White city, as 316 does not touch Banret part of Cricklewood when going to the garage.) 328-All the same boroughs as 316 minus hammersmith and fulham 226- barnet, Brent, Ealing, OPDC if you want to count a Mayoral development corporation as a borough.
