Labour are tabling a Motion of No Confidence in the Government in Parliament today. MPs of all parties are given a vote and it only requires a simple majority of at least one to pass. If it does pass, it could trigger a General Election and could see a caretaker Prime minister installed in the interim. However, given the large Conservative majority in Parliament at this time, for the Motion to pass would require a large number of Conservative MPs to vote against their own Government, or to abstain. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46890481

They'd be completely toast in any general election at the moment.

No conservative MP will ever back a vote of no confidence in their party.

Grant Shapps has withdrawn from the leadership contest and is now endorsing Sunak Correct this to “decided not to stand” as nominations only opened today and require the backing of 20 MPs.

Nadhim Zahawi has said he will offer Boris a cabinet job if he becomes PM! You couldn’t make it up sometimes.

I think it will be out of Liz Truss, Jeremy Hunt or Rishi Sunak Out of the three I think Hunt will miss out on the final two with Sunak winning. I would have said Ben Wallace would stand a good chance if he didn't change his mind
