Interesting to hear Labour proposing giving out weight loss jabs to encourage overweight people back to work. Can you imagine if the Conservatives had proposed this. The left wing would have been up in arms about the "nasty party forcing people on benefits with medical conditions back to work" and name calling the Conservatives as being "fattist" and "fat shaming".

Same with the fuel allowance. Khan has voiced support for it going yet when he asked to move the Freedom Pass start time to 9am he constantly blamed the government for making him do it and ignored suggestions that TFL should try and be a bit more within its means and remove some excess bus capacity. Funny how now thou taking £300 off people is totally acceptable with a Labour PM.

Why are the Labour party sending 100 staff over to the US? Do we not have enough problems here at home that these people could be working on? www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2024/10/17/labour-sends-staff-help-democrats-us-election-kamala-harris/Is this not "foreign interference" in US elections? The US elections are for the American people alone to decide and the outcome should be respected whichever way it falls. Labour have no business sending people over there to sway the vote one way or another. Rightly there would be uproar if the US sent teams of people here to interfere with our elections campaigning for one side.

The argument would be that a Trump presidency would be disastrous to the UK. If the Democrats asked for help party to party it doesn't count as interference. What are Labour Campaign staff meant to do about governing in this country?

You say that, but Farage has been going over to help his mate Trump out with elections since 2016. Though sending triple figure delegates is a bit OTT, there has been a precedent set in the past by right leaning politicians. It's just that The Toolmaker is a Tory in a red tie!
