Not enough to convert the 207. Could have smarts alongside the Ex-415 E400s + its current batch of 5 smarts. next contract for 207 might need electric and Hybrid mixed.

Unless I am mistaken all SL routes are intended to operate with EVs? Issue is the length of route SL7!
