The 'Sidcup Leisure Centre' stop on the 229 i was on about while back has been renamed, but still on IBUS as 'Hurst Road, Lamorbey Baths', suspect an update shortly. There was an update last night at 22:00 Greenwhich Magistrates Court still wrong though

I was on the 273 today and the iBus has been updated for the new bus stops replacing the hail and ride section the only thing which has not been changed is 'Lee Station Hail and ride begins here'.

I still dont know why we cant have some more useful announcements im fed up with having to tell people to turn their music off. and i still want a mute button for messages that dont concern your route say for just that message then it goes back to how its set, i end up driving one handed with the other over the speaker cos its easier than going through the menu turning down and then back up the volume.

Don't mind hearing about the other routes. Sometimes they do affect your route even if they don't mentioned it. Most recently for me, the demonstrations in parliment square was going on and buses had to divert via lambeth bridge where the 3s go as westminster bridge was closed. Didn't think nothing of it as they didn't mentioned the route but when I got there the traffic was very bad. There used to be a message about playing loud music but they took it away. I wondered whats the reason for that?

The W5 has recently been updated with 'Harringay Station' added in its 'endless' hail-and-ride section (Crouch End Broadway - Harringay Superstores). Strangely, there isn't a fixed stop anywhere to be seen.

So my own signature pic has got me thinking about this. When the bus terminates the display simply reads "Bus terminates here." Was thinking - would it not look better if it read what the announcement said, so instead reading "This bus terminates here" - I just think it would look a little more... well... professional.

I've got to agree. I mean, the tube and DLR have the last stop announced as the next stop, followed by something along the lines of "where this train terminates" etc. Maybe iBus should just be the destination, or something like "Romford Station, where this bus terminates"?
I know it's easier for some routes, like those that terminate at Romford Station or Romford Market, but not so much for those like the 294 and 256 which have Noak Hill, but where the last stop name isn't Noak Hill, but something like Wincanton Road or the 474 where if it turns short at East Ham, the destination reads "474 to East Ham", but the last stop is actually East Ham Station

Another suggestion from me - could we not have an announcement about offering a seat to those less able to stand?? No thanks to the wording on the priority seat stickers now reading "Please offer these seats to disabled people" (whose idea was that?!!) I am constantly seeing older, less mobile people standing whilst the young, easily mobile people sit comfortably in the "Priority seats"

The reply from the ibus team was they want drivers to use the PA system more and more. The driver communications group that has been set up has been passed your comments. I will see if I can get any more positive feedback. Another suggestion from me - could we not have an announcement about offering a seat to those less able to stand??
