Despite how careful I was on my list for the Exclusively Diesel routes thread, spotted some errors! Just to be sure if anyone can help: 81, 118, 127 & 129- do they see regular Hybrid strays? I have removed it from the list. Not sure if any strays happen on the 250 & 289 atm I have also removed the 108, even tho it is not fully EV converted yet it sees them daily (think a couple of SEes?) 250 sees ESs every weekday, and even saw an ES yesterday. 289 is yet to see an ES

The 250 sees a HA every now and then and the odd ES has started appearing (yet to see it with my own eyes yet) - I would like to do the HA working myself but it never happens when I'm available.

The 127 occasionally uses the 119’s WHVs and the 81 uses VWHs sometimes, someone more local can get a better scope of how often for the latter

The 118 tends to have at least one hybrid appear from late evenings, likely down to driver preference. This is in addition to whatever may appear on route during the day. I imagine the 337 is similar if any breaks are taken from SW from late evenings

The 118 I always assumed they popped up at night because of Es needing to head back to the garage for whatever reason given the routes strangely long operating hours

There tends to be more hybrids out during evenings and nights because the drivers know they will be available to use after the afternoon peak run in has finished. They usually do a switch out by driving to SW and back during their stand time at Brixton.

Just to confirm, is it the Dartford Fast-track routes A & B that run to Bluewater moving over to GoAhead soon with the intention to use EVs?
Are there any plans for the 480?

DT is a TfL garage and hasn't operated provincial routes for many years now so I very much doubt the 480 will run from DT and will remain at Northfleet with the rest of their provincial work.

How can a driver get a bus to over-rev / “trick” the bus into revving highly? I see the latter term applied to some Euro5/6 Voiths especially which love to barely rev and are boring, but on some YouTube videos you can hear some holding it like a ZF.
I saw a video of E114 repeatedly over-revving and it surprised me because I’ve never heard an LX09 do that ever, be it in TfL service or whilst speeding on Rail Replacement. I had a T on the 217 the other day make a noise which sounded like an over-rev whilst being floored but it only did it for a second at most at a time

E114 is also a very good bus compared to the others in the batch. From my point of view as a passenger, it appears like all the other LX09s at RR have performance restrictions.

Some of them have been like that for years in terms of performance restrictions - E110 is a good one though

Is there anything preventing a Hybrid stray on route 194 or 403?

Is there anything preventing a Hybrid stray on route 194 or 403? Nope, they’ve both used hybrids
