yes RA often put the buses on replacements south of the river Erh, there was no railway replacement when I saw it and it had not in service blinds up. It was heading in the direction of Streatham on Tuesday. Ah sorry thought we were still on the weekend! Not sure but you generally see one a day (generally an MW example) heading to an evobus place out that way somewhere he sometimes goes out through brixton and streatham.

Some of us miss the NV Olympians and appreciate any heads ups for when they're out on RRs. On RR this Sunday on District line Upminster - Barking i'll have a go at getting an NV olympian out for you... no promises mind

Not sure what i'll take out yet, NV sounds tempting, but we may be getting some WVL's from Q to cover as were 10 buses short of a full run out on the rail jobs over the weekend as BX also have Sevenoaks - Tonbridge to cover for Southeastern both sat and sun!!

what are the chances I'm playing tomorrow. the thing i cant get used to on those WVL's is finding my n/s mirror through all the cab frames and pillars ! I had no problems with the mirrors on the WVL, had the n/s positioned in the same place as it would be on a PVL/NV. It was a nice drive though and it didnt rattle as much as a PVL would so the build quality of the wrightbus body is undoubtly better than the Paxton/transbus presidents. The only downside was it was a wee bit slow on hills, but there werent many hills on that route so we coped quite well. Bu at least it would do 50 on the M25 when running light!! I'm out to play again this evening, though im on the tonbridge - sevenoaks job today!
