2-bank to canary wharf express

South Eastern, Sevenoaks - Tunbridge Wells, (Fast and Slow services)
LC - PVL's 9, 38, 255, 261, 271, 273, 275, 368, 369, 370, and NV 173
Griffin Bus, LN5, 3 metro's and a Titan
Travelmasters, 1 Coach, (think it was a Volvo B12M)
Next weekend, LC (BX) Scheduled Rail Replacement are,
Saturday, Sevenoaks - Tun.Wells Fast, London Bridge - West Croydon
Sunday, New Cross - Dartford via Bexleyheath (all stops)

Sunday, New Cross - Dartford via Bexleyheath (all stops) Thanks didn't know it was via Bexleyheath, even easier then, just get behind a 89 and punch him all the way ;D ;D (yes I know I can't do that as I've got to serve Kidbrooke, Eltham and Falconwood  ) Let's hope I get a decent bus this time and not a training bus  Apparently Arriva are helping out on this one next week |

Its the possiton that my seats comfortable at that allignes everything awkwardly still had our own DP194 so no problems there  |

what are the chances I'm playing tomorrow. the thing i cant get used to on those WVL's is finding my n/s mirror through all the cab frames and pillars ! We at BC have the same problems with our volvos wright eclipses with the nearside mirror. The pillars would get in the way, and I find that the assault screen would reflect off it too. Even the offside mirror was so big. Our drivers complained so much, we managed to get them off the route 3 ;D |

LC, LG and Metrobus the only operators evident, with virtually every Double Deck class represented by one bus or another!!

Sunday 8 th March,

BX - PVL's 6, 30, 45, 178, 258, 367 to name but a few! NV's and a solitary E also out.
Arriva KT lending a hand as well,
DT - 2x Daf Gemini DD's of which 6214 was one of them.
Also observed some Q WVL's on the sunday London Bridge - West Croydon service passing through New Cross.

The E was E43. There was also Lewisham to Hither Green (I think this was only late on) and I was supposed to be set down only via the Woolwich line on my last one to Dartford, I say suppose as I had no-one on at Blackheath so went straight to Dartford as I had to pick up there at 01:40 to continue on as set down only to Gillingham, no-one got on at Dartford so I finished 2 hours early ;D ;D ;D Oh and the NTC at Lewisham had a go at me for parking in the Bus Station on my meal relief at midnight, because I wasn't a London Bus |

I would have just changed the blinds to show 89, then they could'nt have moaned at ya!!! lol I did'nt have any NTC's moan at me when i sat at Eltham Bus Station for 12 mins, coz i was well early, thanks to PVL 178's great voith gearbox, and i had my engine running!!! There were 6 NTC's vans there!! (yes i know theres an NTC base there)! |
