Believe the link below is a picture of the Metrocity EV due for the PB1. I was thinking the same as I saw this photo is that is this bus for the PB1?

The Plaxton Presidents need to come back Them days are gone now. Long gone. They certainly are, sadly. Funny to think that as recent as early 2019 they still went into the ULEZ zone (on route 43), along with TEs as well of course.

The 43 doesn't run into the Central London ULEZ hence why the Presidents and TE's were allowed on the route. The 43, from the Angel to London Bridge section, uses the Inner Ring Road which is the boundary of the zone but is not included within the zone.

I could have sworn Old Street and Moorgate falls within the ULEZ zone. I know London Bridge is in that zone

Would diesel buses on some routes have been given a bit more leeway with the ULEZ back in the early part of 2019? I know they would have been fined on some routes in 2018 even, but diesels still continued to venture into it as recent as March 2019 despite this

TEs, VWs and Plaxton Presidents on the 43, TEs on the 134. And in 2018 you also had TEs on the 113, VNs on the 25, DNs on the 23 and even a few SPs on the 139.

So any non hybrid or electric or hydrogen that entered central London before April 2019 would have been allowed.
