Regarding the 80/163/164/413, I can see both options being explored and the decking of the 163, 164 and 80 in future, all 3 routes are very busy and the new connection for 164 to Sutton Hospital is going to up the demand on the route. I just stress these are my views about the options mentioned above. Also by decking these routes it allows diesel diesel single deckers to be freed up for things like the 646, 413, could also rid GAL of non standard OMd they’ll be getting from the S1, the 463 can also take longer buses and GAL got rid of the WS that are on the 463 and reordered for the 192. Also any upcoming SD routes in their domain. If this is the route they do go down, I do find it odd especially as the 355 has a part single & double decker allocation which currently has 9 single deckers, exactly the number for the current 413 routing and would limit the amount of transfers given the WS's reside at the same garage as the 413 will be running from. That way, the 80 could receive MHV's from the 63 at a later date and any extra single deckers needed for the 413's extension before then could be picked from other routes. Good point and if the 413 needs extra buses for the proposed rerouting there would be no harm in freeing some SEs from the 80 with either spare DOE, there always seems to be one or two extras floating about, or drafting a couple of spares from elsewhere to give the 80 a partial DD allocation with a view to a full conversion at a later date.

Yes the 413 could use older SDs till the WS come back from the 358 so post 2022 would be able to have a full WS allocation which is when the Belmont extension is likely to kick in. I'm not completely sure the 164 will extend straight away as it did say that it would when demand increases.

It is worth to not the 63 MHV's will only be free in November but the 200 WHV's and E's will be free in May. It could be the 200's allocation comes free it will convert the 80 to DD freeing its 16 SE's and SOE's. The PVR for the 80 is 16 and for the 413 it is 8 so double PVR more than enough buses for PVR increase with spares. Since the SE's allocated to the 80 were made in 2015, they are eligible for another contract so the 413 won't use the 80'old(ish)SOE's as even with a PVR increase it will have some buses to spare. Since the now-413's SE's are made in 2015 no need for the WS's and can stay on 358 for longer and can then go to another route. The WS's on the 463 now can stay on the 463 until the next contract as they were also made in 2015 and even wear GAL's livery perfect route and buses to keep in service. In terms of codes they will probably be given what they had when new to GAL on the 192. Some people said on the forum GAL does not want them as they sold it; I think it was a "one-of". GAL operates and purchased many WS's in the future, they probably needed a money injection then especially when they knew WS's were free and they were quite new, the excellent recipe for a good sell. The MHV's will only play a finishing off part as they will only be avalibale in November whilst at least the 413 and 463 transfers happen in Mid-Summer. The MHV's have a PVR of 23. It is more than enough to deck the 355. Also it is to note although the 200 has a main allocation of WHV's at has a partial proportion of diesels in the allocation (3-5 I believe don't know correct me if I am wrong). The MHV's could also convert the 80 to a fully double-deck hybrid allocation. Checking lvf when it was written 6 diesels were used so and usually it was 4, 5 or 6 so lets say there are 5 diesels in the 200's allocation or now-80's. The 355 has a PVR of 12. 17 buses used. Still 6 avavlibale. They could evenly partially deck the 163 and 164 to help with demand. This way there will also be the 355's newish WS's and medium old SE's to use to replaced older single deck buses like the SOE's.
*PREDICTION OF WHAT COULD HAPPEN NOT FACT*

Wasn’t it originally meant to be a Mon-Sat service?

Wasn’t it originally meant to be a Mon-Sat service? No, it has been planned a Sunday service since it was putted on the table in the TFL towers.

What garages or garage are routes 413, 463 and S1 going to when they are transferred to Go Ahead London?

It depends if Tower Transit are allowed to retain the vehicles, as I don't think they own them. I don't see why not. They are clean buses, would help with social distancing and use not waste buses. And what if Tower Transit can’t retain them? If Tower Transit did retain them what will they do with them?

What garages or garage are routes 413, 463 and S1 going to when they are transferred to Go Ahead London? All going to Croydon as I've previously confirmed on this thread.
