As someone who isn’t a bus driver, why would a driver be looking and hoping for a turn?😂 Not a driver but imagine if near the end of a shift or break it’s to ensure they finish on time or even early if they are told to run light back to the garage. Also think when buses are turned they can end up with longer stand time. I think it's generally just laziness and trying to do as little work as possible, I've heard a few drivers moaning about colleagues who are constantly trying to get a turn.

Its battery with a capacity of 457 kWh provides a provisional range of 640 km(398 miles). Note: Further testing is to be undertaken in the UK before an official mileage range is presented by BYD to potential clients. BYD is ready to offer a cheaper and smaller battery, as London buses usually travel from 160 to 320 km per day. Depending on the battery capacity chosen, it will have up to a capacity of 90. It is 10.9m in length and has a wheel base of 5.44m. It is now on the website. It looks like a child has built this from lego.

E116 and E117 have transferred from Merton to Peckham Garage and are now doing the 37. Nice to see tridents back on 37.

If one is out Saturday, I might grab a ride Good to see Diesels back on the route but I assume it is only temporary and they will not run on the 78? The 78 enters the Central London zone - the 37 & 197 would be the two routes they can run on

Anyone know why the 444s electrics are being replaced with brand new vehicles, or will that likely be diverted elsewhere?

Anyone know why the 444s electrics are being replaced with brand new vehicles, or will that likely be diverted elsewhere? The current ones are almost 10 years old and probably going to start to deteriorate soon

185's buses have a full sized LCD display on the lower deck, but how come none of the other routes do? Such as the 264 which has the normal sized one, but still a fully detailed iBus?

Do you know if the 469 will increase in PVR when it is extended to Kidbrooke on the 15th June.
