I have a question is there any vehicle restrictions on the 200 like there is the 151 The problem was around Copse Hill and so Ees initially failed the test, and then after a re-test it was conveniently cleared. AL will likely have a massive Ee fleet with the 131 and 280 so this might be less about ordering them for the 200 and more about ensuring that it fits in with the fleet pool once the Gemini 2s are gone Out of interest there's been mention of 131 drivers regularly having to reverse their Ees at the Tooting Broadway stand whereas the Geminis under same congestions can get around without the need to roll back

If the length of Ees at Tooting Broadway is such an issue why do they keep sending them out?

If the length of Ees at Tooting Broadway is such an issue why do they keep sending them out? At the moment it's usually one or two Ees at a time on stand there, the rest of the 131 and 333 allocation still consisting of older shorter length deckers

Ees are operating out of GM on the 80 with a bus usually being subbed on the night before at A and then being subbed off the evening after at A, allows for regular maintenance of WHVs whilst maintaining driver type knowledge and to have high fleet flexibility for the ageing DOEs which are hard to find parts for now.

Cannot believe the Diesel on the 91 has NOT been subbed yet 😳 Once it's crossed into the Congestion Zone it's aready liable for the fine. At that point whether it's taken off immediately or used throughout the rest of the day it's still the same cost in fine

Has the plan for route 151s future allocation been revealed as of yet? Nope, tbh in fact the whole new vehicle topic has gone quiet with GAL now. Apart from the 333’s confirmed order we don’t know for sure what’s turning up for any of their future orders! And there’s a lot of routes on their back catalogue getting new electrics

On that topic I wonder if the full Ee allocation on the 57 is now a permanent fixture, or if it’ll ever get its part hybrid allocation back

In practise the WHVs will be on any route and that’s always been the case since they started transferring into AL, I’m pretty sure they were for the 57 in some regard for a long time now since E100-E109 were withdrawn over 2 years ago. And speaking of those Es I saw E104 near St George’s Hospital today for some reason!

I know most on the 476 had been there since new.
