Lots of people are aware that the 220 was London's first DMS route, but it shared the 'honour' with the 95 out of Brixton, so the 95 had a 'first' to go with operating the last of the 8 ft. wide RTW class - I missed that last day, being occupied out of London, just as I unfortunately missed the last RT day through being in California! Probably a typo,as I think you meant the last RM rather than RT day on the 95/95A as the route converted straight from RTW to RM in May 1966 and never had an official RT allocation. The RMs for the 95 were BN's first Routemasters and when the 95 converted to DMS on 2/1/71 BN lost its RM allocation for awhile. To correct myself, the 95 did have an RT allocation prior to the RTWs being allocated late in their life to BN. The RTWs were then replaced by the RMs and then the DMSs came to the route.

My earlier post about last RTs wasn't meant to relate to the 95, but the very last RTs at Barking on the 62 (and, unofficially, the 87) - sorry, badly expressed on my part.

Is this the old 95 that went to Tooting or thereabouts? Indeed, the majority of the route is now the 333

Most, if not all London buses often display their garages, on the iBus screen, when running back to the depot. I’m not sure why, but it’s certainly nothing new

A good example of this is the Hainault Street routes at Ilford.

If it means it will disappear off the Tube Map which it had no right to be on but *cough* certain foreign sponsors, then hell yes. BorisBikes though, that's funny. I thought the cyclist lobby was still pulling TfL's strings 🤔 I predict a tantrum coming!!! why are boris buses (🤢) not getting scrapped ? Because they are expensive modern battery hybrid buses. Scrapping them would waste even more money. They move, so...

I imagine they'll stop taking Oyster in that case, get in your cheap rides while you can lol as I predict whoever does buy it will inflate the fares as it's predominantly used by tourists and they're quite easy to trick.

The ibus screen colour should change from that antiquated browny-orange to a nice clean white like they did with the blinds
