Well done to Algeria, they didn't get me the win I was praying for but they did their bit, brilliant performance by them. Englad finally went out of date (follows on from my curdling milk reference) ;D Now to cheer on Slovenia ;D

I wish I never bothered doing overtime so I could get to watch it now! Bl**dy Joke, they are. You can guarantee the Slovenians are gonna park the bus (again, no pun intended!) in front of goal on Wednesday! And I'm pretty sure the Yanks will get a result against Algeria.......

Fingers crossed thats exactly what happens ;D. I'm more interested in Brazil vs Ivory Coast, hopefully my samba boys will do the job

Today is the day that the men rise from the ashes of the boys who fell. Today is the day we see the Lions roar and stand with pride as they take to the stage. Today is the day that we see the fight and determination of the support spill on to the field. Today is THE day........COME ON ENGLAND!!!!!!!

Wonder if all you England fans saw Defoe shirt pulling the defender for the goal which hadn't the keeper fumbled, wouldn't of went in. ;D I think you'll need to get your prayer mats out and hope you avoid both Ghana who would give you a scare and Germany who would end your dreams

Lol I'm watching England's matches with interest but am not quite supporting them... on one hand I'd love to see them do well in this tournament (they're well overdue IMO) but then if they get knocked out in the next stage everyone will finally shut up ;D My mother is from Ghana so if it ever gets to that stage there'll be a lot of excitement in the Insert Coin household ;D Edit 9:30pm - okay maybe not... still there's Germany vj is there anything you'd like to say given England's performance today? ;D ;D ;D Yeah, a very lucky and narrow win. USA are pretty decent as well so will be an interesting match.
