It's a tight one btwn Chelsea and Spurs - shouldn't have dropped points at the weekend - we threw away a 3-2 lead - hopefully we'll beat West Ham this time round and take back our rightful spot - 4th place ;D but we have to deal with AC Milan first And if you consider the wrongly ruled out goal, then really, Wolves would of beat you

Every game is a cup final now if we're to get a top four finish again!! Oh and for you Arsenal fans (except vjaska who accepted the predictable fate)....................HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! ;D 2 down, 2 to go ;D I was so close with my prediction, I said it would be 3-0 to Barca. I can see us beating Man Utd but not lifting the FA Cup and I still will go with my pre season prediction of Man Utd to win the league. And everyone thought Chelsea would retain it. John, I hope Tottenham or even if its a slim chance, Liverpool, take that last Champions League place rather than those scummy Blues Considering to the Referee's Decision on Robin Van Persie getting sent off for shooting at goal after the referee blew his whistle, I mean who can hear a whistle blowing with a crowd of 95,000 in the stadium, on top of that UEFA is charging Nasri & Wenger for inapporiate language towards the Ref... After VP got sent off, we knew that the game was the hands of Barca... But there would always been next season... Lets hope we don't get Barca thrid time running...

UEFA are out of touch anyway, that was coming. If they are gonna take Arsene Wenger there, might as well take the ref.......Ohhh hold on, I forgot..........UEFA don't do fairness Both cards that Van Persie received were wrong. Well played to Barca though, again the only consolation we have this season is we lost to the best club team currently around, oh and the fact Man Utd didn't go unbeaten.

Van Persie should never have been sent off, simple as that. And this coming from someone who cannot stand Arsenal

Van Persie should never have been sent off, simple as that. And this coming from someone who cannot stand Arsenal Thank you Insert for being honest. Xavi seems to think different, he said Van Persie should of been sent off when he received his first yellow card. Maybe he should stick to passing rather than thinking he is a referee, mind you I don't think many people could do any worse than that Swiss ref. He swore at Wenger and Nasri, yet only Nasri and Wenger are getting charged whereas the referee gets away scot free. And then Djourou said he was ashamed to be Swiss after the refs performance, that says it all really. It's time Sepp Blatter and his lap dog, Platini quit. They obviously hate all English teams and the scandalous World Cup voting debacle was disgusting. I despise the English team myself (anyone on here when the World Cup was discussed last summer would know that) but I did want Englad to host it as I actually might have got a chance to watch Brazil or other teams play and it would of helped the economy.

Both cards that Van Persie received were wrong I can't speak for the foul since I didn't see it but when you are already on a yellow you need to tread carefully. Kicking the ball away is a bookable offence. The argument that he didn't hear the whistle because of the noise from the fans doesn't hold water for me. It just seems like a weak excuse. Yes, it was a harsh sending off but, technically, the referee was acting within the rules of the game I was disappointed with Arsenal. I thought they actually had a chance this time around but it seems they just didn't turn up. Pep Guardiola was right - "They didn't string three passes together. If they believe they lost because of [Robin] Van Persie's sending-off they won't go very far and will always remain on the outside looking in" .........as I actually might have got a chance to watch Brazil or other teams play.... Why not go and watch them play when they play at the Emirates? They've played there for the past couple of years and this year it's Scotland so you'd be guaranteed an avalanche of goals That said, I looked into getting tickets for when they played Argentina at the Emirates. I quickly lost interest when it appeared you have to become a member of some Arsenal organisation and then pay 60 quid per ticket!

It was extremely noisy and it is hard to hear a whistle in those circumstances. Furthermore, you are taught to play to the whistle and if you haven't heard it, how can you help but continuing on with the ball. Kicking the ball out of play is different to not hearing the whistle. Players only get carded for that if they've done it to waste time or in frustration when they clearly know the whistle has already been blown. Van Persie didn't hear it so what can he do about it. It's a shame Pierluigi Collina is no longer refereeing, now he would of sorted that out. I don't want to watch their 2nd team in a friendly, I wan't to watch thier 1st team in a important match with a sensational atmosphere and a World Cup match always brings that out . And as you mentioned, the prices

It would of been of been the perfect place to host the World Cup as we have many stadiums in England & London by far, Russia on the other hand hasn't. Plus we've got a good link of transport to get to these stadiums, London Underground, Buses, National Rail etc. Why on earth has FIFA given a country to host the world cup with no stadiums. They've put $10billion into making 14 stadiums with a capacity of 60,000 or more as what I've heard, can't wait for 2014 to come to see weather Russia would do a good job on hosting the WC. Should be laughable.

Arsenal for the title ;D Seriously, I can't see blackpool beating man utd though. Chelsea are capable of beating man u and if they do it would make things very interesting. Tbh, I really thought man u would of won it by now. Its funny how chelsea are still in this considering all the points they dropped after ray wilkins was sacked. I suppose you should never write anyone off in this title race ;D

I wanted Man Utd to beat us so they could be one step towards gaining the title. I was annoyed we won as it's too little, too late for us to mount a challenge. Of course it's mathematically possible but relisticly, it's pretty much impossible. Also, I feel sorry for Tottenham (shock horror) as they were cheated out of the match against Chelski and they missed out on Champions League qualification. I would prefer to watch them than Man City as they play much better football.

I would like to see how far Man City would go in the Champions League next year... I mean it wasn't that much of a game against Real Madrid was it.. More like Men vs Boys...
