The 65 currently has 8 VHs in use (an 9th earlier today), having gained some VHs this week At least 4 have moved to FW, so presumably there are now 4 or 5 SPs that have become spare Some SPs haven't been used this week (but situation won't really be clear until schools return next week) That’s why I said Long Term - short term there might be some shuffling of the fleet, but long term there will be no more VHs than have been allocated (8 + the two new ones, which I understand are sitting in FW awaiting commissioning) I would expect some of the 40088-95 batch will return to Hounslow and in turn see off the 56 or some 08 reg.

ADH45035 is at NC after the LU extra cover but the yard is now looking bare. Just that and OV11 remain, when it comes to buses. Even the VLE has gone (preserved I believe?) I

Why would HH get more VHs at present? Replace the 56 reg SPs I have a feeling (but I might turnout to be wrong) that the 56reg might stay until at least Easter school holidays, or even to July. It’s not easy to sell on a bus that’s 13-14 years old (except for scrap), so might be better getting rid of 2008 versions first. My other thought is would be fairly easy to keep these until 285 is lost, and probably more important (seeing as contract was renewed 8 months ago) to sort the 406 thus allowing the 2007 ADEs to leave

Next route transfers from EB to TV 25 April 2020 406 (Quality Line) - Operated by London United 418 (Quality Line) - Operated by London United with minor timetable amendments 465 (Quality Line) - Operated by London United From SCC website Should imagine the 418 and 406 will be run by Scanias by this point and then reblinding happening so that SPs can go among all SP routes and the DLEs can be shared amongst the 465, K and 265

I also wonder whether the 406 & 418 will be separated scheduling wise. London United have never operated the 465. EB gets an increase on the 404. Not sure by how many buses.

I still think ADEs will be moved in for the 406. It looks like the 183 will need a top up for a frequency increase too.

I guess RATP are confident they can replace all the OVs with DLEs on the 465 ahead of the transfer to TV and this will allow for a common pool of DLEs.

DLE30052 FW>EB and currently on 465, so looks like replacing OVs
