Tell that to EnsignBus - that is actually their policy. They don't refuse anyone travel if they are wearing a face mask or can prove they are exempt, but people can get off and use their ticket on the next bus if they are unhappy. Although I will grant that they are hardline when it comes to wearing masks. " If a bus that you are travelling on (or arrives at your stop) has more people aboard than you are comfortable with, you can always catch the bus behind. Our drivers will allow you to use your ticket even If you get off the bus and wait for the next." - Ensignbus Covid19 update page Do Ensign's have notices on the door publicising the limit? If you declare something and don't enforce it, the declaration might as well be withdrawn as it is as good as useless. TfL should come out and say there are now COVID restriction on our buses as they are not being enforced. I don't know what notices EnsignBus have on their door and frankly, I don't care. Is it really too much to ask members of the general public to help out and take some responsibility on themselves for ensuring their own safety? Bus drivers are not security guards, police officers, teachers or nannies.

If you are a company surley it is your responsibility to ensure you comply with all the laws and regulations that apply to your industry. How many other industries can choose to ignore laws and regulations because they don't like it? Who is the best person to know how many people are on board as bus, the driver or boarding passenger? Sorry it's the bus industry is shirking their responsibility, then wondering why Coroana deaths are higher in their industry.

TfL should come out and say there are now COVID restriction on our buses as they are not being enforced. We have seen many parties on here criticised for enabling the spreading and not doing enough to restrict the spread of corona, but seemingly the Ensign policy of profit over peoples lives has escaped criticism on here. They have literally placed profit before lives, when many other businesses are prevented from doing likewise. Clearly ignoring that EnsignBus has taken a much harder line on mask wearing. If you aren't wearing a mask and cannot prove you are exempt, their drivers are expected to refuse you travel. They are getting no criticism from me. I'm done here.

If you got on the bus when capacity was OK, why should you feel the need to get of for failings of any or all of TfL, the operator and the driver? There are more people on the bus than allowed, so obviously massive failure at this time. Really the failing is on the driver here, they could enforce the limits their unions forced TfL to impose. Whilst I accept it isn’t always possible I have seen it done by drivers simply refusing to open the front doors. Likewise I went on a 3 in the same period with the driver letting on passengers until the bus was full, but admittedly this was because of a gap in the service but again the driver was responsible for letting on too many passengers. Cant be helped, 203 low frequency, even 20 mins day time and 30 mins early mornings and late evenings, leaving people behind at bus stops? I don't think so, good on the driver for using common sense. Give the drivers a break will you, no wonder bus drivers do not like the public. If you put that rule into action, people will be waiting for a bus till the next day, It cant be helped. Try doing that rule on a route like the 5, 115, 238, etc its not gonna happen.

1) So when is the 413,463 will go over to Go Ahead London? 2) when will 293, 404,467 and 470 be going over to TV? We don’t know yet. I’m sure all will be confirmed in the near future. I wouldn’t be surprised if the 463 goes over on the date it was supposed to start it’s new contract in April.

Question: Most of the SDE's at EB went to TV for the S3, but it is to note that there are 3 SDE's allocated to the 404, which is still at EB. What are the fleet codes and regitrations for the 404's SDE's.

I prefer it a lot more with turqupise poles. I wonder why though some have been kept orange and some have been repainted. Surprisingly VH45119 and another (didn’t get the Fleetnumber) have have also had the “Another red bus going Green for London” repainted back below the lower deck rear window!

Look at TFL with it's little tables showing what days the route is affected. TFL has stepped ALL the way up!
