Is that the garage some have said RATP could operate TfL contracts in East London out of? Could it be having some sort of electric charging infrastructure added for future use with electric tour buses?

As mentioned, the garage is tiny, the size is the little cleared area, all of that in the background was Stagecoach's Rainham garage.

So S will not be 100% electric at all. Unless a transfer of the 148 into V and a conversion of the 72 takes place.

Saw two RATP drivers on the 635 (one being the driver). Would the driver not driving have been route learning?

Probably easier to leave the 148 at S as it terminates nearby at White City. S and V are nearby so can easily loan an LT if needed, or a conventional DD can be used as often takes place on the 9/148/211. The 49 will fit at S without anything moving out - with space including from the 72 & 94 PVR cuts. The 49 also has a PVR reduction on new tender from the current Abellio contract.
