Wonder where the surplus LTs from the 148 reduction will go ? Wouldn't be surprised if route 203 is converted to double deck using the surplus LT's, has the tree problem been sorted? because wasn't it mentioned on here that were low trees hanging on the line of route that prevented DD's? Also route 116 would be a very good candidate. The 203 converting to LT will be another 313 but in Surrey this time. The 203 needs to be decked, it is very busy and I hope it does get decked, would be happy if LT's decked the 203. Nice way to utilize the LT's from a fairly small PVR cut, on a badly-needed SD small-PVR route; again as done with the 38 PVR cut for route 313.

Just saw this route branding on the back of DLE3 - just wondered why its there and what route its for.. It's definitely not for the 110 Could be the H98 except now it uses DDs - from its SD days? Also here is no route branding anywhere else on the bus, just this on the rear window - seems a bit bizarre...unless it was all removed except for this on the back... Yes it is a remnant of the H98 branding, part of the Hayes area branding trial. The H98 was still single-deck then. I wonder why it wasn't taken off during when the rest of the branding was removed, hmmm...

ADH45030 making some strange noises when deaccelerating. Asides from that I must say these ADHs are really good - much better than the B5LHs I am used to!

That's the whole reason why I started a new sentence to add my bit on route 116 being a good candidate for a LT conversion. I'm a bus driver, I ain't that silly to not realise that the route has deckers already.

But what would be the point swapping allocations unless there are specific restrictions on route 203 using LT dimension buses.

As we know Hounslow are not quite up to scratch with their care and attention.

Further Busical chairs in London United world. Unconfirmed but it looks like: VH45124-126 FW > TV Replaced by: VH45136-138 V > FW (as reported on here yesterday) Which potentially releases: ADE 40305-307 TV > HH for the 635/696/697 school routes I’m clearly getting better at this reallocation game. ADE 40306 on the 698 today.

ADE40307 and VH45179 were both charging down the A312 in Feltham towards HH earlier today.

Would today be the last day of SP40001-8 in service?

Would today be the last day of SP40001-8 in service? Possibly It all depends on if V school extras resume after half term might be none, or some, but less as years 11 and 13 have finished TfL has not announced what’s happening Also RATP has some DEs restricted to V routes, so could be their last day too

Another Ex Tower Transit DN has entered service (SN11BPK) (DN33638) Can't see all of these DNs RTP are taking on being extras they must be forming the allocation for route 467, 655, 293D, 635, 696 and 697. Quite surprised that ADE40304 was painted in BL white considering all the purchases of DNs RTP are making.

DE20022 started life as one of the 371 batch 12 years ago (I think 371 was originally the first 10 09-reg DEs and the 5 HDEs) I would not be surprised if all the 09-reg DEs are withdrawn when the BEs and BMEs arrive later this year.
