Is 295 to S confirmed? Saw a VH from X down Dawes Road in Fulham yesterday with staff on board. Only other RATP route down there is the 211 surely that won't be moving. I’ve not seen it confirmed to be from S. Would make more sense for it to be from X and especially if you’ve seen VH from X Whats the capacity of X after redevelopment?

Really TFL need to make up their minds on the 94. If it is going to be cut then RATP need to know a date so they can either order less BCEs for the 295 and if they will have space at S for it to potentially install more chargers for it. Well I would imagine that as far as TfL are concerned that's RATPs problem. I'm not sure it works like that anyway, when the 43 was reduced there was some suggestion that surplus buses would go on the 204 with Metroline ordering fewer new buses but that hasn't happened. Surplus buses from the 94 will probably be put on the 148 and LT's moved elsewhere.

Can’t see it working like that. There has to be some type of conversation , look at the W15 and 413 changes from the original tenders. Companies would be reluctant to bid for routes if there is a risk of cuts and nowhere for the buses to go!

For all we know the decision could have been made and RAPT are aware. Just because it’s not been announced here doesn’t mean anything. Might be agreed in principle Could be just a question of timing, probably between doing asap, doing about March, or wait until the 12tph Elizabeth line starts. Any of these scenarios are before 295 is taken over.

Was at WJ earlier and one of RATP X VMH just pulled in for MOT. Surprised to see RATP using WJ. Where do RATP Normally do their MOTs Operators have used other operators facilities in the past for MOTs. I remember in the past First and London Sovereign using Metroline’s CELF to do their MOTs.

Perhaps TfL are waiting for the March Arch mound to come down and so allow buses to stand on Tyburn Way?

There has been a VH from V that has logged in for the 452 route... could this have transferred to X for the 28.

Btw, why has it been decided for TV not X to run the school routes. X is fairly close to Battersea?

It really isn’t that close to Battersea or Roehampton and there isn’t really a great way to get there without crossing some major traffic hotspots. From TV it is a pretty much straightforward journey up the A3 through Wandsworth and even close to Roehampton. I’d imagine the margins are better on mileage from TV as well.

Be great to see how it looks with 452 blinds on an actual RATP bus It’s not going to be an X bus, simply in transition between V and BT. X has the space to store buses and have blinds fitted etc. without disruption…

A few days ago I saw a BE in Isleworth with yet another logo on the front. Thats three different logo styles for the new BE’s now. This one was the new logo - the front one filled the entire grill, was a slightly different font and the ‘O’ in ‘GROUP’ was replaced with the circular logo (as on the new uniform). The rear logo was massive and actually filled the space quite well. I didn’t catch the fleet number sadly.
