Replying and reacting to what they say will just enable them further. Best thing to do imo is ignore them and hope the mods deal with them if they don’t stop.

Exactly, RATP’s 09 reg SPs were well maintained at FW and as a result none were clapped out as most of AH’s buses. Difference story with AV… AV isn't too bad, tbh. They're usually quite quick to fix hoovering buses, and their presentation is often very good. I think the problem with AV is more the routes they operate, I remember ADH37 had already been messed up inside less than a month after refurb just operating on the H32! AH has improved since their bus wash was fixed, though let's just say AH has a large amount of interesting bodges I see what you're saying in the sense that AV have bad routes, not bad maintenance, I think that's why they keep the ADHs away from E1 at times, that route is very hilly and could do absolute shockers for the buses. AH need to keep bodging their buses, it makes me laugh whenever I decide that I want the 237, easily AH's biggest victim for the crusty VWs, at least the E routes get some variety , AH please switch VWs with SG, theirs are much nicer.

Drove ADE40309 today on the 142 and aside from the annoying lane guidance and distance warning system was a good overall bus. The quality line interior though honestly is a disgusting colour clash imho . Thought I did spot an red seated bus on the 142 towards Brent Cross when I was at Edgware yesterday. Looked at said bus on Youtube and does look an good performer (although much prefer pre 2010 Enviro 400s). Looks like I really need to venture out to Watford soon as long overdue anyway

Is there much difference between the Euro 6 engined ones and the Euro 5 ones from a driver's perspective? The sound is quite different and the pull away in first gear is as if there is turbo lag then second gear gives a shove then the bus gets going quickly. Overall I really like the way it drove and prefer it to the euro 5 buses.

Three 203 buses were recently parked down Clare Road. MCL30301 has had a window smashed. Two of them - the MCL and DXE30353 - have just driven past me now out of service. The MCL was spraying glass all over the pavement as it drove down Town Lane. I didn’t see if there was any damage to the DXE but it’s possible.
Whoever instructed the driver to drive back to the depot with a smashed window made a short sighted decision in my opinion.

I understand this probably isn’t practical for the driver to do, but certainly of the engineers (once the vehicle has been moved to a safer location of course).

From 16th July, route 218 gets a frequency decrease to every 12 minutes Likely to see retained DE 20048 and 20049 axed
The following week Fulwell effectively loses 671 (official date is during school holidays), and if Edgeware gets it electric chargers commissioned (date tba, but around end of July seems to be lates), it is likely the 5 BCEs (47151-47156) will move for route 125. Of course Fulwell doesn’t need to operate 681 or 371s double deck workings during school holidays, so along with 671 bus means they need 5 fewer double decks for few weeks.
If the 5 extra electric BCEs are moved out, it would be possible to bring in 5 additional stored BEs, although this part is speculation. Seems Hounslow Heath’s chargers for 235 won’t be ready for another month or two. Really depends on how much RATP want to offload more aging DEs.
Once the 235 converts to BEs, the temporary allocation of DLEs can return to normal routes, allowing cascade out of some older DEs. One caveat is the take up of 226 from 15th October, if either new buses or chargers are late then some of the DLEs might need to work 226 on temporary basis (although nothing currently has blinds for 226).
