That was because the LTs for the 76 were due to arrive later than the proposed date which was 28th January 2017 so was brought to the same date as the 259 which was the 25th March. That wasn't fully the case, the 76s LTs were actually on time but they had to be deployed on the EL2 and EL3 to allow the 101 to have buses. Once that was all done the ELTs LTs arrived and the 76 could take its own LTs back. Yes I remember that now thanks for the correction.

Don't believe this was mentioned here yet. London United planned to strike again on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th September.

They missed the takeover date if its January 2022!! 😂 I haven’t seen anything official yet but I believe it’s because of the ongoing staffing issue at RATP that they cannot take up the 226 next month. The new 226 takeover date should coincide with 142/642 takeover on 7/1/23 which goes the other way. Didn’t something similar happen a year or two back where one change was delayed couple of months to coincide with a change going other way, forgotten the routes that it happened too. The 176 & 188 swap was implemented on the same day in 2017, even though the official contract expiry dates were 2 weeks apart.

Usually they would have posted something. I find it very hard to believe they would be this crass to endorse a strike given the circumstances. If it did go ahead, they would have absolutely zero support. Especially given other unions have already called off their strikes.

Could be the 79 and 292 in December 2018. The 79 takeover by RATP was delayed by 2 weeks to coincide with 292 going the other way Going off topic a similar situation with Go ahead and Arriva happened in 2017 with the 76 and 259 I think something similar also happened with the 26 and 69 back in 2016?

They should but they're not the only operator going through delays. The 307 electrics are being delayed with DWs having to fill in, the 119 and 264 electrics, and most likely the 142 ones too
