BCE47148 and 152-156 are still currently at FW which are yet to show a movement transfer There are still 7 BCEs to enter service I think someone mentioned a lack of garage space (which is why there is the outstations) mean it is almost one bus in, another has to move out before next one can be moved. Maybe not one at a time but certainly not a handful at a time. FW can’t really release those extra 6 until a few VHs move the other way vaguely remember 45130, 132-35, 37-38 and a few more (forgotten for now) need to move from 125 I thought FW actaullay had too many BCEs at present?

H14 is based at CP, which explains these workings. Since when? H14: SO > CP (Temporary whilst some work takes place at SO) There's a double deck maintenance facility being built at the garage. I believe Running Numbers are PR141+

They do indeed - they have the ones ordered for 65, 371 school workings and 281 and then on top, have another 6 examples from the 125 batch operating there for reasons I'm not sure of. I could be wrong but the only reason I'd of thought VH's would move into FW would be to remove the remaining SP's from the 71

The remaining SPs on the 71 were covering for the VHs and that when released from the 125 that would see the conversion of the 71 to full VH operation. There has been no mention of the BCEs arriving for the 295 or whether X has been installed with the chargers so it may be some time until the 71 gets its rightful allocation. There has also been mention that the 71 will have a part BCE allocation from those released from the 94 cut. That would allow the 203 to get some VHs early to its new contract. Once that happens I wouldn’t be surprised to see the 481 move into AV.

It makes sense to use them for potential awards now. I imagine that routes like the 220 (contract until 2027) will see mid-contract replacement later on as there will be plenty of spare hybrids once more routes inevitably lost or electrified.

VH45081-85 are due to be transferred to X in the next few days and about half of the Gemini 2 VH batch are also to be used on the 295 now that the 28 is partly OME allocated.

A previous post suggests that VHs currently being used on the 125 will be used, as well as some of the route 28 vehicles (Gemini 2 VH) now that route has a partial OME allocation. LOTS confirms that the 125 is due to be electric from tomorrow (Monday 24th October), using BCE 47138-47156 transferred in from Harrow and Fulwell to Edgware.
