Ok so, this is what I think RATP would order: They would order: 41x Wright StreetDeck Electroliner 10.6m (WE48001-41) for route 18 21x Wright StreetDeck Electroliner 10.6m (WE48042-62) for route 31/N31 17x Wright GB Kite Electroliner 10.2m (WMK28011-27) for route 326 (if they retain it) Why would 31 get 6 spares for a PVR of 15… 43 for 18 and 17 for 31 makes a lot more sense. As for the 326 I’m predicting a loss to Metroline.

I suspect this could be the case, and if so we may not see any further GB Kite orders beyond the 33/218. Even the newer VH batches may have just been ordered to avoid introducing a new type at certain garages, after the switch to MMC ADHs for London Sovereign. Also Wright may not have the manufacturing capacity anyway, particularly for a larger batch like the 18/31. Other operators who seem to have favoured the Streetdeck for electric DD orders have since gone for other types. Even with Go Ahead who now have this deal with Wright, it's been suggested there will be further BD11 orders alongside. It's not dissimilar to the period around 2007/2008, when Volvo and VDL options were not available, and so operators had to order elsewhere before returning to their preferred manufacturers. And at other points in time, some non-standard batches have been a result of manufacturing limitations, such as the 53's G3s or the 207's Omnicitys. If RATP have gone with Wright then it’s likely that they ordered before Go Ahead so I don’t that will be such an issue. Anything but those BYDs please. Go Ahead are getting a new dedicated production line anyways
