Former Tower Transit DMV44221 and DML44327 (among others) are now with Midland Classic. DMV44221 in this shot (photo by Jacob Peatfield-Straw) had already been repainted into their livery but still had its LI blinds fitted, displaying RV1 to Tower Gateway! Looks incredibly weird

Further to my post last week about Lothian purchasing ex London B9TLs, this has appeared on the Lothian enthusiast Facebook page: Here's the internal statement they are going to put out... We have acquired 50 ex London Wrightbus Gemini E5 Deckers for our business, these will help in removing E3 Plaxton President Dennis Tridents and Wrightbus Gemini 1 Volvo B7TLs from the fleet during 2018, along with additional new vehicle deliveries through the year and meeting our BUS2020 strategy and target of a fleet operating only at E5 or above including diesel hybrid and pure electric. As you might expect they will be refurbished to Lothian’s exacting standards including the removal of centre doors, air chill units and associated equipment. High back Lazzerini seats will be fitted along with USB’s, wood effect flooring as seen on our recent new buses, along with replacement energy efficient LED internal lighting, white LED Destination displays and front wheelchair ramps. Some people on the page are having a bit of a "wibble" at Lothian buying 2nd hand... I shall be in Edinburgh at the end of May so should be able to ride one then. Apparently the first 25 are for Edinburgh Central garage. An example already refurbished is here www.flickr.com/photos/km_edinburgh/39712326134/in/photostream/

I rode former Travel London DP114, now 31 with M Travel in Manchester. It is now single-doored but not refurbished. This is a different company from defunct M Travel around Pontefract in West Yorkshire which had many Spectras.

Ex-Go Ahead LDP199 has become a trainer vehicle but I don't know who owns it now. It was in yellow with a red skirt. Seen yesterday in Southall

Seen yesterday in Southall Its with NIBs apparently (At least from what I heard) It's owned by Dhoot. Don't know what happened but it was painted into NIBs' livery, but never ended up there! Check page 3 of the Ensign sales thread.
