Why would it need replacing? It is still running Isn’t it going to be withdrawn in November. So is 2022 the last year of it??

Has it restarted? If so I’m going to try doing it on Monday if it’s running then. It’s been on my radar since my dad moved to Biggin Hill three years ago but I’ve never got round to it. Sadly I missed out on when Metrobus ran there. I think it may be running to Chartwell on Sunday and Monday. Paul can you confirm this for YY13VKPWe’ve been running to Chartwell on Sundays since the beginning of March (earlier than usual) and with Monday being a Bank Holiday we’ll be running to Chartwell then too. Well I say we, I’m not working this weekend!

Took my last Thameslink journey for the time being (more on that later). Went on the Rainham route; stopped at Dartford as that's the furthest station on the route. Also had to make do with the various closures this weekend.
Walk to Wood Green Station Piccadilly line- Wood Green to Finsbury Park Victoria line- Finsbury Park to Blackhorse Road Overground- Blackhorse Road to Barking District line- Barking to Plaistow Stopped at mosque for a little bit then headed back to Plaistow District line- Plaistow to West Ham (longest 9 minutes ever) DLR- West Ham to Canning Town then changed for a Tower Gateway train Walked from Tower Gateway to Tower Hill Circle line- Tower Hill to Blackfriars Thameslink- Blackfriars to Dartford (Abbey Wood looking good. Just a few finishing touches needed) Missed a 96 from the stop outside because I didn't see the temporary stop for Home Gardens so walked to the next one. 19743 (96)- Constance Grove to Woolwich Arsenal Station DLR- Woolwich Arsenal to Stratford Overground- Stratford to Highbury and Islington Victoria line- Highbury and Islington to Finsbury Park Piccadilly line- Finsbury Park to Wood Green Walked home
P.S I say time being for Thameslink because I'm waiting for the May timetable changes where hopefully South Croydon sees Thameslink trains and the King's Cross to Welywn Garden City gets Thameslink trains too. The Orpington branch I'll doing at the beginning of May. I was planning to combine it with the 358 electrics but there's still no recent news on them yet

I forgot to mention. I did the full journey on the 221 a few days ago. (HV214 to be exact) I honestly thought the HVs would struggle up on Bittacy Hill but it's went up with ease.
It was weird seeing all those apartments around Mill Hill East Station. Nice to see that Copthall Park still looks the same though.
