The euro 5 diesel enviro 400 has the following engine details:
6.7L Engine Power: 250PS (186KW) @ 2300 RPM Torque: 1020 nm @ 1200-1600RPM
Euro 6 diesel:
6.7L Engine Power: 250 PS (187 kW) @ 2100 rpm Torque: 1000 nm @ 1200-1600 rpm
so i assume the Euro 6 version will be slower than the current slow e400s

who said the E10 was getting the new look E200? over 400 of these new E400s have been ordered by uk operators stagecoach fife are getting 18 volvo b5lh versions, stagecoach manchester are getting 29 cummins diesel versions. Those are the only known actually allocations so far of the 400 ordered The Yahoo group mentioned the 'new type' of E200's that Arriva the Shires have ordered for the E10 - though they could just be referring to the ZF AsTronic 'box - but it wouldn't surprise me if the E200 had some cosmetic surgery to keep her looking fresh

The engine management and gearbox settings also play a factor, particularly on the utilization of the BHP/torque. If the euro6 examples perform like Abellio's demonstrator 9544 they may generally be quicker than the euro5s, which tend to save their full power/torque capability for the inclines.

I wonder if many operators will try the new 'manual' AsTronic box with the E400 rather than the usual EcoLife one?

The E400 isn't available with the AS Tronic It's odd they are putting it in the E200s I guess because you can't fit a Normal ZF into an E200
