This is going to be Miss Swift again, isn't it?... *clicks* Meh... Well there's a distinct lack of hater comments and it seems to be trending in my school right now (at least it was). I hear that her latest album is supposed to be based on the 80's - doesn't seem so from the two singles she has released. My advice to you is listen to some excellent 80's music across different genres and there is plenty of excellent songs & artists to choose from.

I'll give it a go but regardless of whether I like any of it or not I'll still always be a Swiftie.

If I were you, I wouldn't argue about music with someone with a music degree and diploma lol Or even anyone who has a broad taste in music across different genres lol. Hence why I mentioned what other people think.

To be fair her latest album has elements of Synthpop/New Wave to it so I would say it is generally based on the 80s, the 2nd single choice could've been better though.

Same, such a funky tune with two excellent artists in Bruno Mars & Mark Ronson.

Same, such a funky tune with two excellent artists in Bruno Mars & Mark Ronson. First time I've heard it but it reminds me very strongly of Cameo plus a smattering of other 80s artists with added Blackstreet. It's OK but there's nothing new under the sun.

I've also only just discovered Frozen like over a year late (I know) and I'm currently obsessed with its soundtrack, I think it's absolutely amazing. And I don't think Let It Go is the best song from it, it's overrated IMO.

Despite my obsession* for Taylor Swift and for Frozen, I do like Imagine by John Lennon which I'm sure EVERYONE has heard.
*Obsession being an understatement.

Taylor Swift's 1989 has become the best selling album of 2014, selling more copies in 2 months than the Frozen soundtrack did in a year. Just saying...

Drake's new mixtape which he released a few days ago is alright. He released it without telling anyone which is what Beyonce did back in 2013 with her album aswell. He's so overrated. Same with The Weeknd and J Cole...
