The bus stops on Springfield Road and Nag's Head Lane in Welling - have they ever been used by a passenger route? Also, loads of bus stops in Kidbrooke - presumably ex-B16? When were they last used? Where exactly in kidbrooke? There are quite a few on the Kidbrooke Loop. Some which I may believe will be reinstated once the Kidbrooke Roads are altered. The B16 used to stand at Kidbrooke Station before it was diverted to Moorhead Way,

I don't recall it stopping but the B15 went that way prior to the right hand turn going back in at Upper Wickham Lane. uote author=" someone" source="/post/788902/thread" timestamp="1704222098"] The bus stops on Springfield Road and Nag's Head Lane in Welling - have they ever been used by a passenger route? From this Saturday:
Wallington Station - current 455 stand Redford Avenue (Roundshaw) - current S4 stand*
*Might remain as a turning point for the route, although I can't see it ever being used in practice as Beddington ASDA will probably be the turn used if necessary.

There is a new stand in Kingston on Ashdown Road, no road markings yet but a stop has been installed. Interestingly it says Lady Booth Road, which is the next road over and is also mentioned as being a stand for the 485.

It's probably an overflow stand available while Cromwell Road Bus Station is closed, although at the moment is it as good as useless with Eden Street closed too. Are you sure it didn't say 458 (referring to the non-TfL route)? If it did say 485, then that would be a very odd mistake as it must be at least 25 years since the 485 served Kingston (but could also be a typo for the 458).

The stand sign does say 485, but it's possible it's a typo. Route 458 stood on Lady Booth Road since Cromwell Road Bus Station closed for redevelopment, and has since relocated to Kingsgate Road due to the northbound closure of Eden Street.

There is a bus stand in Connaught Road, Ilford (no flag or pole just road markings) but I don’t know if it’s been used recently.

In Eltham there is a disused bus stand on Messeter Place. I guess it was probably used when Pound Place was still open to traffic (now you have the planters preventing vehicular access to Eltham high street) There is also a bus stop on pound place visible on old google maps pics. Does anyone know which route went down that road? Seems quite narrow so not sure which buses fit down that road. I can see some dial a ride signs though Both the old Pound Place stop and the Messeter Place stop are for Dial-A-Ride. I don't think any bus route has used those roads.

The road markings are only for a small vehicle.

Has anyone actually seen any buses use the Dagenham Avenue bus stand near Dagenham Heathway? And how do they get out of there?
