A lot of DOEs meant for the 151 are in practice on the 213, which puts the 213 EVLs mainly on the 151 (but also the 93 and 154). This is appearantly due to the slightly longer DOEs having a bit of trouble passing a contrete island at Worchester Park Station. It's been reported on another thread but i don't remember which.

An additional factor for tye 213 to have a mixed allocation is that it terminates at the garage - buses needing maintenance can then be subbed easily at any point of the day.

I spoke with a Go Ahead London driver and he said that they've not heard any news about any B9TL Gemini orders. He said it's likely to be more E400s (though that could still be on the B9TL). Guess we'll have to play the waiting game and see what's announced. TBH I would be inclined to believe sw11simon on this, us driver's are a LONG way down the food chain when it comes to things like this (for instance we STILL haven't been Officially told the N21 is diverting to Bexleyheath and the route it will take, still there's a fair amount of time for this to happen) and also it would make sense now the Volvo ban has been lifted for GAGL (Go-Ahead London) to go back to Volvo's as we have always been more of a "Volvo Company" sw11simon is right! I hope more B9s are ordered for the 133/333 if Go Ahead retain the route with new buses.

I see 133 with existing buses with 333 with new e400s (makes more sense seeing as a huge chunk of them are already at SW). Only speculation though.

So simon 62 Gemini 2 b9tls have been ordered indeed by Go ahead you say for routes 21, 63 & TG1 only one problem the 21s new pvr is 25 and the 63 is 27 the TG1 is 14 so 62 buses cant cover all this, plus there is a problem of no spare buses.

NX and PM could easily keep some AVL's & PVL's around for longer. Could you show me the bit where it says the TG1 is getting B9TL's please (not saying I don't believe you, just I've not seen it I think).

To show I am reliable, Wright/ Volvo B9TL's have been ordered for routes 21, 63 and TG1. Oh excellent!! Will definately be making a trip to Ilford to sample those when they arrive!! ;D I know it's about a year or 2, but that's not the point Atleast when they are on the 21/63 you wont have to travel too far to get one john. In all fairness I thought the TG1 was getting 14 hybrids and with go ahead placing a order for 62 there is not enough to cover the 21(pvr25), 63(pvr27), TG1(pvr14) and plus spares also.

It has been stated in the latest edition of BUSES mag get down to your local whsmith or border's book shop go to magazines and transport pick up buses mag, the first few pages in there are three pics of HV3 LJ09KOH been shown off at Alexandra Palace and on the left and page there is a column on the left stating that 93 wright gemini 2 b9tls have been ordered for london, in addition to 31 ordered for first for route 83, go ahead has ordered 62 la la la lol, also says go ahead are going to trail a MCV bodied B9TL to london specs. Now I have never heard of MCV producing a Double decker body before but this is what is stated in BUSES mag.
