I think Brent and Barnet councils are too lax with parking (especially in the peak hours) where the roads are made very narrow because of parking on both sides and you have a bus route(s) running along them. How often on the 303 on deansbrook road, I have to sit and wait sometimes upto 3 minute's to get past in the morning or evening peak as you can't even fit through if there is a SUV, van or lorry and also some people park badly and don't fold in their mirrors. The beginning of Grahame park way, Bunn's Lane side where it is the same again and even Stag lane & Princess Avenue. 326 at Underhill & Mays Lane are two other roads but there are many more across North West London. Most other areas atleast during the day time between say 8.30 - 6.30 you cannot park.

Possibly a tad too much information? Possibly.
I am just somewhat upset because I was avoiding drinking water to stay hydrated in this already humid weather in the morning, and then still need in use of toilet and then there is no toilet, and next toilet is 1.5 hours away and on my way back I was already dying for toilet again, so best decision I ever made. Thanks TFL for providing drivers with toilets...I am a dude ok, what if it's a woman driver? We're literally messing with our health...sure if I called controller he could have shipped me light to garage or whatever but in reality no driver will be desperate enough to make a call like that.
I avoid drinking too much as the route i drive can take up to 1.5 - 2 hours in the peaks. A couple of weeks ago i stopped at Penge Sainsburys to use the toilet i told the passengers and someone said are you even allowed to go to the toilet mid route? then they told me to hurry up. Lets say i took my time!

Might as well cut all the routes in the square mile then as with that users will leave the buses in their masses, sadly transport planners in London have little grasp of reality

Just call up. They have to facilitate an en route toilet relief if requested. On the route I drive, there are only toilets on one end of the route, and it can be up to 3 hours for a rounder. I myself have been caught short a few times and have requested a toilet break at Abbey Wood. A lot of my colleagues tend to pee in a bottle or on the back wheel. I know one (female) who carries around a special bottle with her for such eventualities. I think the official stance is request an en route relief as someone told me you can be sacked for peeing on the wheel or in a bottle etc. Toilet breaks en route are nothing new, As a small child, I was apparently fascinated by the trams (yes, I know!) stopping between Lee Green and the Yorkshire Grey at the entrance to Sutcliffe Park and one or other of the crew seen walking/running to the toilet block near the entrance. When the trams (out of New Cross and Abbey Wood) were replaced by buses 182 and 186 the same arrangements pertained, though I never remember 21 bus crews stopping there. I guess Southwark Bridge had no nearby WCs! I remember that, well the 21 /122 part, of course with the 21 then running from Moorgate to Sidcup Garage that was a lovely long run

It's not that they really care about people's safety it's just to get people flashed by the camera imo!

Must confess I get regularly honked at in the isle of dogs as no one else seems to be following it...

It's more dangerous following it than not I've worked out, especially in the Greenwich and Lewisham areas as cars will just overtake you when they get a chance, even if it means it's around a bend and we all know what that could lead to.

I’ve been on buses running late that have overtaken cars doing 20 mph in 20 zones. My heart was certainly racing after that experience.

It's the City of London Corporation that are behind it, I've no strong opinion either way but I doubt if it will make much difference to bus running times.

It only takes one of the car drivers to send in dash cam footage.

What a load of nonsense, might as well as employee a load of people with red flags to walk in front of the traffic. Running times will no doubt increase as it has happened on many routes that travel through 20mph zones.
