If RATP want to make S into a fully electric garage then moving the 148 to V maybe an option. It would also put all of RATPs LTs inside one garage. I wouldn't rule out the 148 getting electrics next time it comes up for tender, no doubt RATP will have a fight on their hands to retain the route considering that Q and WL are by the southern terminus of the route and like S also have electric infrastructure. I don't think it's out of the question, I hope the 9 gets electrics in it's next tender although it would make an outer London route like the 281 get them which won't be good.

I would love that, the 148 is a great route and I used to really like it so I would love to have some proper interest in it again with some good buses!!

possible but I think they are going to convert S to electric. OCEs are electric and S already has charging ports. But do you really want to retire existing electric charging points in an existing garage in what appears to be a boom industry ... If I was in charge of one of the companies, I would be looking to diversify, rather than concentrating on a single site.

For some reason SP40206 finished the 635 and hour after the other two. What is the reason for this?

For some reason SP40206 finished the 635 and hour after the other two. What is the reason for this? It’s only finished 30 minutes later than the timetable. It could be it was actually running late or the driver didn’t log off until they got back to HH. I would also be wondering why the other 2 seem to finished 10 minutes earlier than timetabled or why they appear to start 10 minutes later than timetabled in the morning

After Hounslow Road the bus only seems to stop at The Bell, Treaty Centre and Hounslow High Street. This is because, the bus is very empty as most people are off at Feltham Station/ Victoria Road.

Is the 423 and H98 getting double deckers from the 285 and 94? Will the 33 and 72 be getting there DLEs? This month's TLB refers to more DE shuffles due involving those allocated to route 72 & 395. Maybe spare VHs will be retained to upgrade single-deck routes such as 423 & H98, and a resulting cascade such as: * routes upgraded from DE to DLE, notably route 72 and possibly others such as route 33 * route 72 losing ex-London Sovereign DEs back to London Sovereign to replace ex-London United DEs on routes 326, 395 and H9/10 * route 440 going DLE, releasing DMEs in addition to those ex-route 272 for the same purpose * as so may SPs have been upgraded to Euro VI these may as well stay until future tenders require their replacement.

Suggests the 440 is getting upgraded and I suggest a double deck conversion somewhere.

Yes, now seems that in addition to those from 272 (replaced by DLE spare from shortened 391), some of the ones from 440 are moving over The rumours of a top-up batch now seem to be confirmed as false However I am struggling to understand where the DLEs for 440 are coming from, that will backfill At moment DLEs work : 110, 216, 223, 224, 265, 272, 283, 288, 303, 371 (part), 411, 423, 465 (part), H17, H18, H19, H22, H37 (part), H98, K2, K3, There could potentially be a double decking (although dubious if a bus upto 9 years older is an improvement)

Maybe we will hear this the 110 plan is going ahead in the new future which will alter the number of SDs needed along with a DD conversion or another route to free up buses.
