Yes and no, it has bus/lorry related questions in it and normal highway code, plus its 100 questions long instead of 50. The hazard perception test is 19 clips.

That will be me

I now have a start date of Monday 14th October Thanks for sharing your progress through the application process and all the best for your training and career. I remember doing the School Work Experience at Arriva in Wood Green. I got to send off the applications to potential drivers, review the applications after they came back (assisted), interview drivers, mark their tests, and go out in the van with them amoungst other things. That was a fun 2 weeks, beats standing around at Peacocks which my bro had to do. Any Arriva drivers who applied in Summer 2004 are forever indebted to my kind marking

I've even at work for a week now. First week I had 7208 (10.7m Dart) to drive which was a lovely bus to drive, power was there when you needed it and kickdown was still enabled and I did use it at points. Been to Orpington, Croydon, Sutton, Crawley (of course), Littlehampton, Worthing, Brighton, Tunbridge Wells and Lewes so far, and am going into Central London on Wednesday. As of this week my training bus is now 7380 (10.2m Marshall Dart), which is a total different kettle of fish to drive, I prefer 7208 to the Marshall, the 7380 changes gear too quickly for you to have the power there when you need it.

Week 3 of training now, have both my cpc practical test (Mod 4) and my driving test (Mod 3) on Friday . I am driving 7209 this week, its the best bus in the training fleet, the driving seat is very comfy too. One gripe is that it will use kickdown even if you dont use the pedal but thats helpful when pulling away from a busy roundabout.
