What will the E9 use. I know the tender said existing hybrids and diesels so maybe the gemini 2's dating from 2012 would just be age allowed and come from AC who i think still use them on the 302 and 460 with the balance made up with the ex 140 VWHs making AC all frog face VWHs. Maybe the 282 could gain vwh and the E9 use the TEH, don’t know if that is possible!

When Metroline had the 18, was there any reason why the VW’s allocated to that route never strayed? Some of those VWs did stray to WJ’s other DD route 295 and before winning the 295, the 18 was the only DD route there Also there was a time when 487 was at WJ and at times the 18s VW did the route but admittedly VW on 487 were not as frequent as the route gets at ON

I have a question what will the 210 be allocated with? the 60 reg TEs are at PB The TEHs are at G for the 282 the Other TEHs are for the 332 all the TEs that used to be on the 210 TE905 - 907 are withdrawn and are either out of london/training buses the VWHs will be on the 139 so thats a chunk of the buses on the 210 gone maybe there might be 1 or 2 VWHs on the route otherwise theyre on the 139 and they also withdrew the Prototype TEHs so im a bit confused what itll be allocated with. I think 210 will get TEH of 271

So what’s with the DEs on the 274, 223 and 224? Were will they be going? The 274 has been allocated 55reg DLDs since an allocation swap with the 214. The new VMHs and BELs on the 46/274 will allow withdrawal of the DLDs, and a cascade of some 11reg DEs to the 95. Remaining 11 & 12 reg DEs will stay at KC for the 214 until end of contract. The 223 has been using 58reg ex-First DEs since its DEMs transferred to PB - these 58reg should be withdrawn. The 224's 12reg DEs (ex-First) could be returned if leased. If Metroline intended to keep them, these may have been used for the 393 instead of new MMC DEMs. Unless Metroline plan to divert the 224's DEs elsewhere in the fleet to withdraw an older batch? I think 487 could get the 224 DE as it was meant to get DEL

I just thought of a funny one catch a 224 from St Raphael's towards wembley stadium at Brent Park Tesco alight and catch a 92 as far as wembley central cross the road and wait for your 224 again and ask the driver if they remember you and maybe let them know that you waited especially for them (and maybe let them know that you let 4 or 5 of their fellow 224 drivers go past not to mention the 83,92,182,223 and 483)

If you jog a little you could catch a 332 if you miss it at Brent Park Tesco by going over the bridge (Technically not leaving the bus as it is the first stop however i thought to type it anyway). Also another example could be the 187 towards finchley road from central middlesex hospital, if you catch any bus towards willesden county court maybe excluding 487 (fine stretch involving 487) you could catch the same bus. (Again not leaving the bus as its the first stop) 206 towards kilburn park if you miss it or get off at Robson avenue there is a small side road opposite and again if you jog you can catch it from "the oaks" bus stop shared with the 6. This one might be cutting it fine and is also based on the bus not taking the shortcut. (If anyone frequents Brent park Tesco they would know what I'm talking about) you could leave a 206 towards wembley park or a 224 towards wembley stadium at the ikea and then jog through the car park and catch the same bus at Brent park Tesco.
This one I'm not sure about but since 266 has gone to metroline it could be more likely as there would not be a changeover at AS but there must be away that you could catch the same 260 towards white city at North Acton by catching a 266 that is at the same bus stop at the same time e.g. At Harlesden Tesco (forgot name of stop) i get off a 260 and catch the 266 and then at north acton (Wales farm road) I catch the same 260 again. Must be cutting it fine and depends on lights etc and traffic,
