Just popped into my head, I wonder how Beckton Bus Station is coping with the 101 and 104 now terminating there. The Savage Gardens bus stand may well be used if the Bus Station is packed. Surprised its just popped into your head when it's been mentioned on here multiple times over the past year.

Just spotted a 474 travelling the wrong way along Jude Street E16! This is a section of the route were buses use the road in the direction towards Canning Town only. Suspect the driver forgot to turn at Hallsville Road and carried on along the old route then made a quick turn.

I an guessing things are managing okay at Beckton as I am sure it would have been reported here straightaway otherwise 😜

The changes are finally into use! Will anyone be seeing these changes for themselves Yes I'll be doing the 304 plus the extensions for the 104 and 330

Drivers may get driver training but it might not be easy for them to remember.

The driver could be doing a rest day and not a rota driver.

I only knew about the 104, 241, 300, 304, 330 and 474 changes.

This was literally my exact point I was trying to make about the 300 rerouting and whether the driver could make a mistake but it turns out the mistake happened on the 474 instead. Thanks for clarifying.

Well done to the school for warning parents. It’s a shame TfL never considered the broken links!

The 300 change is going cause so much confusion initially! I hope passengers read the notices (if any go up) Route 300 will be rerouted between Beckton District Park and the junction of Barking Road and New Barn Street in Plaistow. Route 300 will be rerouted via Tollgate Road, Prince Regent Lane, Victoria Dock Road, Custom House Station, Freemasons Road and New Barn Street to Barking Road. Stansfeld Road and Prince Regent Bus Station will no longer be served along with Prince Regent Lane between Tollgate Road and Barking Road and Barking Road between Prince Regent Lane and New Barn Street. Route 300 will also serve bus stops on Prince Regent Lane between Tollgate Road and Victoria Dock Road in the opposite direction to now. This means if you use the northbound stops for route 300 towards Canning Town you will now need to use the southbound bus stops instead on the opposite side of the road with buses towards East Ham now serving the northbound bus stops instead. Route 300 will run every 15 minutes during the daytime on Monday to Saturdays and every 20 minutes during the evenings and all day on Sundays. Don't be surprised if in the first few weeks drivers miss their turn or go the wrong way. I have no idea what the map would look like. Proof of what I said turned out to be true.

They shouldn’t have too! The Silvertown changes are pretty poor and have said about the changes before. It’s done now but can see some revisions further down the line.

It's second nature to the drivers here, so would take a lot of conscious thinking to get out of that mindset. That said, I did see diversion boards up around Keir Hardie Estate for the 474 last night. Precautions like these won't stop drivers going down the wrong way, as you have eluded to earlier.

The sign at Keir Hardie is for ride London as the route is likely to curtail there. Seen some very random ones for the 300 which will have random diversion back towards Canning Town instead of heading towards Beckton! Next Sunday will be madness in the roads.
