On route 265 you can get off a Roehampton Lane, wait for the bus to finish the loop through the Alton Estate area then catch the same bus again to go towards Tolworth My friends did that - got off, jumped onto 85 right behind to Roehampton ASDA, ran to toilets and got back just as same 265 rest of us were on pulled up I'm planning to race a 308 from Stratford to Stratford City at some point and find out how hard is it to catch it back

Just recalling a time I boarded a N136 at Haymarket. I got off at Westminster Bridge and waited 12 minutes for a 53, which I took to New Cross. There I boarded the same N136 to Lewisham. Sometimes the N21 or 321 comes first.
I have even let a N136 go at Whitehall, gotten a 53 to New Cross and picked up the N136 20 minutes ahead of the one I let go! All four of the night routes from Trafalgar Square to Lewisham are slow and winding, though it is handy as it means lots of direct links from elsewhere in Central to Lewisham.

I was thinking about the route 191.
is it possible to get off at the stop before Durrants Lane and walk to Brimsdown station and still get the same bus towards Edmonton.

115 Get off a Stephenson Street walk past Canning Town Station and get back on in Barking road - the time buses take to pass through Canning Town Station can be painfully slow.

142 - both directions, can get off in Station Road, Edgware and board the same bus on the other side of the road whilst it navigates Edgware bus station H9/H19 - can get off at Kenton Road and walk a few yards to the adjacent stop whilst it does a loop to serve Northwick Park station before popping out again

It is possible do on the 169 in Ilford (towards Clayhall only) where you get off at Ilford Sainsburys then quickly cross the road and get on at Pioneer Point while 169 navigates around Ilford Hill.

Also possible with 35's & 355's towards Clapham Junction & Mitcham depending on your speed as well as how long the bus is at the Brixton Station bus stop. It's also possible[1] to get off the 35 at Acre Lane towards Shoreditch and catch it round the corner on Brixton Road, similarly with the 37 round the corner on Effra Road. [1] - if timed right against the traffic lights

One can easily get off the G1 at Clapham Junction, wait for the next 319, travel on it to Streatham St Leonard's Church then wait to rejoin[1] the same G1 bus towards Streatham Green Lane. Same procedure can work in reverse, getting off at St Leonard's Church and catching the same G1 at Clapham Junction. [1] - Would actually be interesting to know the quickest lead time the 319 can gets between those two points Adding on further one can get off the westbound G1 and 249 on Streatham High Road (St Leonard's Church) and cut through that short hilly walkway to catch it at the next stop on Mitcham Lane.

On the 200 you can walk down Church Road and rejoin the route at Miles Road whilst it does it's loop round Phipps bridge.

On the 200 you can walk down Church Road and rejoin the route at Miles Road whilst it does it's loop round Phipps bridge. Also can rejoin by dashing between Haslemere Road and Phipps Bridge Road, which I had to do once when I left my school bag on the bus (your post just reminded me of that childhood incident of mine).

With the 366 at Beckton Triangle Retail Park you can get off at the stop before Sainsbury's and catch the same bus across the road while it navigates Sainsburys.

Can get off 281 in Kingston, stroll along Clarance Street, and rejoin in Eden Street after bus has been around the one way System.
Probably going to have to run if bus is going towards Hounslow as it follows shorter route
