Since the night tube was introduced, id love if the N5 was just changed into an N168 between Edgware and Euston and then follow the original 168 to Old Kent Road.
There are so many links to Tottenham Court Road / Trafalgar Square en route from Camden and I think it is slightly overbussed.

Having 3 night routes to Central London is better than nothing.

N237: a night service running between Feltham and White City via Air Park Way, Browells Lane, Feltham High Street, route 235 to Brentford and route 237 to White City. To link White City with Feltham at night. Given the 237 is a busy trunk route a change I would support is extending the N94 from Acton Green to Hounslow to continue the link provided by the 237 at night. I'm dubious about the merits of the route continuing to Feltham though. N9 covers Chiswick to Hounslow

N9 covers Chiswick to Hounslow I'm aware but I thought the link to White City at night may be appreciated on that corridor perhaps if only on weekend nights.

Given the 237 is a busy trunk route a change I would support is extending the N94 from Acton Green to Hounslow to continue the link provided by the 237 at night. I'm dubious about the merits of the route continuing to Feltham though. N9 covers Chiswick to Hounslow Still would be nice to have a second night link into Hounslow. Pre Night Tube when the N9 was 6pbh it was an adequate level of capacity being provided on London Road. After the trimming to 3pbh, buses on the N9 I found when I was working nights in that area weren't coping too well on its own. I'm not saying to revert to the previous frequencies but to offer an alternate night service to cover the Chiswick- Brentford- Hounslow corridor. An idea I had was a N235/237 to Sunbury Village and King's Cross; covering the 235, 237, 228 up till Harrow Road and then surpassing the 18 pass Euston to King's Cross. It would kill a few birds namely adding another service [to central London] in the Hounslow and Brentford sections, and giving parts of Feltham, Sunbury, a little bit of Goldhawk Road and Ladbroke Grove a night route. The intention of extending past Shepherd's Bush is to alleviate pressure on the Harrow Road corridor of the N18 and giving passengers the option from Harrow Road to go to Warren Street, Euston and King's Cross without having to change buses.

I previously had the idea of extending the night service of the 85 to Central London but rif153 has a better idea that you extend the N14 to Kingston. You got the N87 from Central London to Kingston but this will link to new places. Of course the 85 night service would be withdrawn.

The N27 does not go through many areas that scream night life and I think that would be a waste of money particularly in the situation we are in.

490 needs a night to provide a night between Heathrow Terminals 4 & 5 with Richmond. The 490 already has a very early start with the first journey reaching Terminal 5 by 04.00, and the last bus departing Terminal 5 at 00.35. This covers all flights and shift times. Except in emergencies flights are not allowed or scheduled to take off and land during the small hours. It used to be the case that the 490 was the first route to restart on Boxing Day after the Christmas Day shutdown, I don't know if that is still true or not.

Don't all routes serving the Heathrow area start earlier than most others? I know the H25 starts operation at around 4am.

490 needs a night to provide a night between Heathrow Terminals 4 & 5 with Richmond. The N285 covers part of the way - can change to an N9 to travel to T5.
