Even better a 7 day N75 from Lewisham to Sutton via the 75 and 154 to bring an week service back to South Norwood, Wallington and Carshalton.
Then do a weekend 24h on the 164 to link the Northern line with Sutton and Martin way.

In fairness the district line doesn't run at night and the 154 effectively restored some night service to Carshalton and Wallington.

Kinda suprised on how the 46 doesn’t have one it clearly deserves in some areas
Perhaps a N46 could be made between Finchley Road and King’s Cross only?

Reason for this is, Addiscombe Road, served by 119, Lower Addiscombe Road not served, Morland Road served by new route, SN High Street not served, Whitehouse Lane served by 468. Will make a huge area reasonably accessible by night bus.

I think most people would agree with an N75, but I think that it should follow a route such as Lewisham - West Croydon (via 75) - Stafford Road, The Chase (via 157) - Morden (via 154). The reason for this is that the W. Croydon to Stafford Rd. section follows more of a residential route, rather than going on the flyover. The 154 night service could also be withdrawn.

Still guts me the 75 is no longer 24hr, especially as it was just 5 or 6 journeys each way. I don't know why it was withdrawn? It always seemed reasonably well used when I saw it. A cheaper option would be to reroute the N47 to Croydon.

Well supposing the 75N is half hourly, it would be cheaper to combine the 47's and 75's resources and make it one night route. However the 47 is trundling through heavy traffic hostpots at night so the night route south of Catford would be pretty unreliable. Honestly a big disadvantage for the 75 being nightly is the hugely overbussed corridor between Lewisham and Catford. It's a great shame as it leaves large swathes of Lower Sydenham, Penge East, Norwood Junction and Selhurst unserved at night. My assumption of TfL's thinking is that should you need Croydon from Lewisham at night, just hop onto the N199 and get the 119 from Bromley.

Yes obviously combining the 47 and 75 at night will be more cost effective and also reduce the over bussing between Lewisham and Catford you mention as well as providing a night time link between the Shoreditch area and Sydenham and Penge. Another option would be reducing the 75N to hourly, better than withdrawing it completely.

Currently, it is impossible to travel to/from Bexleyheath and Abbey Wood/Woolwich (and surrounding areas) between 1am and 5am. Unless you are willing to pay for a taxi or have the time to use the N1/53 up to Deptford/Blackheath and change for a bus to Bexleyheath. I would like to see either the 301, 401 or 229 become a 24hr route/have a night counterpart. 301 would be the most logical choice. If Crossrail were to operate for 24hrs, this night link would definitely be needed. Likewise it's impossible to travel from Crystal Palace to Woolwich or Lewisham without a similar change using an N63 to Old Kent Road, then an N53, or N21 respectively. I would make an N122 running all the way to Plumstead then picking up the 301 to Bexleyheath. Journey time of around an hour and just under 20 miles, so not even close to being the longest night route by time nor distance. Very reasonable.

I think the way TfL arrange night buses is for people to travel home from their gigs in Central London, most other trips are catered for 24 hour routes. Every single N prefix route I can think of runs from the inside towards the outside of London. TfL probably aren't paying much attention to Crystal Palace due to the presence of the N3. I do like the N122 idea, however you already have the 472N down Nathan Way so I don't see TfL being particularly keen on that. Abbey Wood has the N1 while Bexleyheath has the N21 so sadly I don't see the N122 being likely anytime soon.
