There is no TfL specification. Nobody there now understands the need for consistency and good quality customer information. I thought they were going to roll out the high spec screens with lots of information on them like those on the 63? Or is this just the additional screen above the wheelchair space? The 63 spec was created at a time when there were several London Buses people interested in the customer information aspects. This included getting Doug Rose to develop his smart blind layouts for the West Ham trial buses. They moved on and despite offers to assist in maintaining standard layouts nobody is interested at TfL now. The operators are choosing how to meet the wheelchair screen requirement. This is the main screen on the lower deck. Nobody looking at the layouts before they are uploaded.

Since we're talking about LCD screens, I noticed how the Information Display on the BZL demonstrator on the 213 has the screen above the exit, it's a rather interesting place to put it, but I didn't notice any other displays, I wonder if this is supposed to be the one for wheelchair users to view, and there should be a normal LCD one at the front of the bus for users to view with the D7, 277 and 58 batch? Speaking of the batch, is it only the D7's batch that has started to arrive or are there any updates on the 277 and 58 too? I thought the batch currently arriving was the 58’s allocation? BZL demo on 213 new spec I bus screen looks Smart

I saw 82015 on the 256 earlier. it seems Electroliners for the Morning extra are going to be quite a common occurrence now. Any idea why these recent workings are not showing on lvf?

Why are there so many inconsistency with the new specs? first time I have seen this and it looks awful! I would say the old IBUS screens look better! There is no TfL specification. Nobody there now understands the need for consistency and good quality customer information. Apparently the graphics/information layouts need to be approved by TfL... doesn't seem like they are very bothered with it. The latest bus spec document mentions that specs on displays are still being drafted...

I guess the same blindset from CT Plus. These did make one or two odd workings on the 153 when they had it.

Was very warm. At the time the Tridents seemed so new and shiny. Hard to believe the RMs have been gone nearly 20 years now. Also like you said how much the 8 has lost now not going to Victoria.

Of course it used to go to Willesden garage with enough stand time to get a decent cup of tea in AC's canteen. In the 90s it used to get about 25 minutes to go from Marble Arch to Tottenham Court Road. If all the lights were green you could do it in 10 which led to some awkward conversations with the point inspector at TCR. Two lap duties except an extra Liverpool Street short on Saturday mornings and a Titan for the second lap on late turns. Happy days.

10152 is back at NS on the pits getting some panels done. Could possibly be able to get rid of another 19***. 19817 is at NS still but been sitting in the sane place for a while

What are the chances of the 257 converting to EVs this year or is next year more likely?
