Plumstead already have 3 spare B5LHs (ex-47) They are not spare - they are (currently) part of the 53 contract Are the 16reg E40Hs not enough to cover the 53?

Maybe because not everything the company needs to be shared on the forum straight away? The bus community can be very impatient and must have answers Now!
I am sure andyc will share the information when the time is right.

I am sure andyc will share the information when the time is right. Ermm the discussion about what vehicles the 97 will use has been going on for sometime. This is not like a tender result where you need to keep certain info confidential. With all honesty if I knew the answer I would just share it, not drip feed!

The 309 has still not converted to a full Enviro 200 MMC operation, still using ex buses from the 339. I wonder why it's taking so long when the MMCs should be ready given the fact that there are like 2 already allocated and all of them are blinded?

Something, if anything, will eventually turn up to be allocated to the 97 to complete the TVR. It'll be red and it'll have seats and windows.

So what if it has been going on for sometime does not have to be public knowledge. All this just shows your lack of maturity… just continue making predictions that more diesels will be purchased for London fleet. With all honesty who are you to tell a credible member in the know what to post and what not to. Have some patience and people wonder why no information is posted by those in the know so fast anymore. I’m aware what it is getting but not saying a word... end of discussion.

Where did I tell a member what to post and not to? Secondly I would appreciate if you are civil towards me and immediately STOP your rude remarks. I am not your friend or relative and have no obligation to tolerate your angry behaviour. Why attack my predictions, as you said yourself they are predictions. I am free to predict what I want in the speculation thread, if you dislike it then move on, no one is forcing you to reply to me.

That's definitely not coming back, in my point of view the Optare Solos are very 'light', not sure if that's the right word and a bit more fragile! That bus is over 14 years and was due to be gone anyway, will miss it though!

The damage itself doesn't look as severe when the car passes it side on as it does from the rear

There are some stuff that would need to be confidential from an operational perspective. I'm sure the high ups in Stagecoach know what they're doing. For the consumer as long as the bus arrives and is in good order it really doesn't matter what type is used. Now I know some may want to know from an enthusiast point of view but slamming the arms on the table is not going to get the desired effect

Any update on HK's electrification progress? Is there any actual evidence that it has started?

Any update on HK's electrification progress? Is there any actual evidence that it has started? I go on the 394 every morning and I always go past HK and have a little glance in, quite a lot of the times there are one or two with vans parked in the yard of it but I don't know if that has anything to do with it

Going to be written off…
