My thoughts are: I winder what will be transferred to RM for the 165. The 165 will go fully E400 (DD) Operation with: 9x E200 MMCs to North Street for Route 296. (37531-37539) 4x E200 MMCs to Ask Grove for route 310 (37526-37529) Tge 296 will then release it’s E200s: 6x 13-Reg E200s to Route W13. (36575-36580) 3x 11-Reg E200s to route W19. (36261, 36262, 36264.) The W13 releases 6 MMCs plus 4 from the 165 giving the 310 its allocation. The W19 receives further 10.2m releasing MMCs. W14 to use 3x of current existing allocation with rest situated on the extended W13. (37561-37567) 4x Route W13. 3x Route W14 So the W13 uses 6x 13 reg from the 296, 4x 12 reg from the W14, PVR 9, TVR 10. W13 only releases 3 MMCs to the 310 so the 310 will need 7 from the 165. The rest of the W13 allocation is 9.7m so would go to the W12. As such, I see the 296's 11reg allocation staying put with the 13regs going to LI as you said. Makes sense 6 to NS replacing 6 13 reg and 7 to HK, id thought the W13s entire allocation was 10.8m that’s why I suggest more to NS to free more 10.2m up for the W19. 37551/37553 could also form part of the W19 for now.

I am guessing the 310 is going to use the ex route W13 MMCs? I think there was a plan for these buses but that was before the award of the 310. Thanks for confirming all the various bus types and allocation. My thoughts are: I winder what will be transferred to RM for the 165. The 165 will go fully E400 (DD) Operation with: 9x E200 MMCs to North Street for Route 296. Route W19 to recieve 36261, 36262, 36264 (From 296), 36298 (From 549), 36284, 36289, 36290 (Currently spare at HK.) I can also the the sole 9.6m E200 (13 reg) transferring from NS to HK to help with the changes. What about the future allocation of the 225? Wasn't it mentioned that it would use buses from the W14 and the W13? Being the YX65s E200s and the MMCs?

W14 to use 3x of current existing allocation with rest situated on the extended W13. (37561-37567) 4x Route W13. 3x Route W14 So the W13 uses 6x 13 reg from the 296, 4x 12 reg from the W14, PVR 9, TVR 10. W13 only releases 3 MMCs to the 310 so the 310 will need 7 from the 165. The rest of the W13 allocation is 9.7m so would go to the W12. As such, I see the 296's 11reg allocation staying put with the 13regs going to LI as you said. 4x 10.9m MMCs are allocated to the W13: 37765-37768. So I feel allocations would be as follows: Route D6: 37783-37795 (13 Buses) 37769-37771 (3 Buses) = PVR 14 / TVR 16 Route 310: 37765-37768 (4 Buses) + 37526-37529 (4 Buses) + 37531 (1 Bus) = PVR 8 / TVR 9. Route W13: 36575-36580 (6 Buses) 37561-37564 (4 Buses) = PVR 9 / TVR 10. Route W14 37564-37560 (3 Buses) PVR 2 / TVR 3. Route 296 37532-37539 (8 Buses) + 1 Bus = PVR 8 TVR 9 Route W19 to use spare 10.2m E200s from route 296, 59 reg E200 10.2m, ex-549 and existing 10.2m it currently has. 37526 & 37528 have not been seen not the 165 for a few days so may already be on the move.

I'm referring to the 12 reg and not the YX65 in this post I deliberately left them out for this reason. The 225 would be 37585-87 plus 4 others but that's still months away

I'm not sure anything will necessarily need to transfer to LI. They already have the 11x DMVs current allocated to the W14, plus the spare 2x 58reg DMLs, and a few 59/11reg E200s that had been used on the 276 until recently - more than enough for the revised W13/W14 TVRs. My guess is that the 296 will keep the 13reg, but with the MMCs from the 165 then releasing the 11reg E200s (10.2m) to the W19. I wonder if the 165's DD conversion will be permanent, or if it's just temporary until new electrics enter service on other routes (releasing a different batch of E200s to the 310)?

It won't be enough and the I can see the 10.2m 58-reg heading into HK for the W19, Andy's post indicates a 10.8m allocation for the W13/14 with 10.2m specified for the W19.. 11x 10.8m, 10 for the W13, 1 for the W14 + I'd say at least 2x 13 reg released from the 296, I can see the 165 remaining DD until whatever the tender specifies I recon it'll either get new DD or new SD on next tender, personally I hope it stays DD.

W19 to use: 37551-37553, 36261-36262, 36264, 36397-36399 36298, 36289, 36290, 36284, 36292 (14 Buses) this would release 14 9.7m E200s to the W12.

I mean something is definitely happening at RM currently:
37527 has been subbed off and replaced by 36608. 346 Bus 37582 in use today. 3x Double deckers on route. 37526 & 37528 not seen since 13th & 15th.

Following the disscusion regarding the W13 can anyone confirm the current allocation? LD71YLO (BE37054) mentioned a few shorter buses make up the allocation. How did the route end up with two diffent batches?
