If only they could use that interior inside their newer buses, it would've looked very nice! They do look quite small, but I guess the height of them makes them look bigger. |

8/12 buses on the 165 today are E400s, closer to being fully E400 now.

8/12 buses on the 165 today are E400s, closer to being fully E400 now. At last finally the route gets DDs which it deserves… not bad buses ethier. Absolutely, the 165 I’m on currently has a full lower and upper deck with people even standing, I can see passenger numbers increasing on the route even further as I know previously people who wanted the section between Hornchurch & Rainham would rather wait for the 372 than get a packed up 165 which would sometimes drive past because the bus was at full capacity. Here to hoping the route stays double decker now. |

Hasn’t been mentioned yet but W9 will go to Metroline on 21st September Imo its quite sad Stagey wont be having the route long term, was nice seeing another route w them in Enfield and especially with the solos! Although they probably didnt even bid for the route in the first place anyways. Cant blame them though tbh, the route will just take up more space at HK when theyre likely more focused on 242/277/323/D7 electrification |

This route should have gone DD a couple years ago! probably couldve been renewed with new E400SH MMCs when it was retained in 2018 like what 241/330/474 & later 372 received. This or when the 256 rightly converted to Double Deck operation in 2020 and was renewed with Ex-174 E400s alongside the 365 they could have sourced some then. Nice to see it double deck alongside the 365 & 252 which meet at Romford, Elm Park and Rainham (365) . |
