131 and most Merton DD’s would all have been contenders thanks to their usual lackadaisical allocations 163 would've won as they used both deckers & single deckers and I don't think the EHVs ever went onto the 152 but they definitely strayed onto the 163 Yep, and the 57 above the other DD routes because it used Mes, EH295 and Camberwell night services extras - sorry for clogging the Stagecoach thread for this!

Bringing this back with a tenuous link to Stagecoach- I don't think anything will beat the variety of vehicles Grey Green used to send out on the 20, 179 and 275, or what Ensign/Capital Citybus would sometimes put out on their Romford routes

Not sure if it has been noted here- the "face-lift" Electroliners on the 86 have Lea Interchange Bus Company legal lettering rather than "East London" legals

There was a W14 standing at Whipps X earlier with a classic E200 preparing for the changes this weekend.
Apparently (according to LOTS news) the route along with the W12 & W13 will convert to Electric buses at a latter date.

It might have had the blinds displayed in error. Yes all three routes will receive electrics at a later date.

This is going to be unbearable. I suspected it would be inflated considering the PVR and the delays in Woodford due to the bridge issue but some of the timings here are outrageous. Knowing that it will be monitored on 'on time' basis, there could be alot of regulating. As an example, today the timetable says it takes an early W12 about 11 minutes to go from Coppermill Lane to Walthamstow Central. In one week it will be 15 minutes. An extra four minutes when there is no traffic at 7am. Maybe the new timetable coincides with the weekly rubbish bin collection that happens on Coppermill Lane that the W12 sometimes get stuck behind. Either way something stinks about this.

TfL rarely backs down but these changes need to be binned. I do hope maybe there could be a reverse in the future like the 23!

Speaking of bad timetables, SL9 to Harrow in the evening peak has it timed for 70 minutes. 11 minutes to get from Heathrow Central to Harlington Corner is way too generous.
Had one sod ages ago give zero F's and arrived into South Harrow 17 minutes early in the peak! Not sure how he managed it or wasn't called by iBus but fair play

Stagey??? Sounds a bit silly. Reminds me of Spidey sense tingling "Stagey" is well known in the enthusiast community is another name for Stagecoach. It's not something I use but have heard many use it I have only seen it mentioned here a few times over past few months. Never heard it before, just sounds a bit silly.

SL9 certainly isn't a headway-operated route - it's as the timetable says as per what drivers have told me. SL10 is headway though

SL10 is headway though The only SL Route which is a LF Route is the SL7. I can surely tell you that the SL9 is a headway route. Whatever drivers tell you please dont actually listen too much. Most drivers are quite clueless as to how headways actually work. Its a 12 min service meaning its a HF Route

Looks like the intended vehicles for the 310 are actually coming from the 314 & W14.
Just read this on LBR.
310 New route between Golders Green and Stamford Hill via route 210 to Finsbury Park then via Manor House. Contract awarded to Stagecoach London with 8 existing single deckers from Ash Grove garage (mix of E20D 10.5m/Enviro200 2D from route 314 and E200Dart 10.8m/Enviro200 2D from route W14 TBC). (1 year to be confirmed). Every 20 minutes daily with no early morning or evening service (approx 0800-1900 daily). ` (270824) 1 September
