Anyone know whether the darts that were on the 309 at HK originally from the 339 have left the garage? Thought I saw one on the W19 but I am unable to confirm for sure!

Well 37558 got withdrawn a while back, 37556 is at LI as a 339 spare, 37560 currently isnt in use and the last 3 (37554, 37555, 37559) went to AW so 309 is full MMC atm.

No these are the YX60s & YX61s. the two YX58s (37551 & 553) have been kept as spares.

I'm pretty sure with electrics at Stagecoach they prepare them at LI, and then send them off to the garage they can be used at but I am unsure.

3 buses out on the W14 despite having a PVR of 2, also I think the BZL on it was just a login, although I believe it's been confirmed to get them in the future anyway along with the W13.

There can be all sorts of issues such as infrastructure issues and power supply issues. Its not a case of just installing the chargers and you are good to go!
I believe Stagecoach are using the Arriva part of the garage so its not just sat there not being used. Even when the garage goes live I imagine the D7 will be the priority as that was awarded electrics before the 242 and 277.

Don't see what Arriva vacating the garage has to do with electrification, other garages have taken just as long, if not longer such as TH and RR, so I think we will expect the same length from HK too. Also mainly depends on UKPN being insanely slow.

I wouldnt say its easy… I mean the garage is being electrified from stratch and not just for one route, but several routes being 242/N242 277/N277 323 D7.. and that doesnt even consider power supply issues & being connected to the local grid which is one reason why so many garages got delayed for example 187 & 487 over at WJ are a year & a half into their new contracts and only 2 EV’s in the whole garage have entered service…

That's because the W13 & W14 are jointly compiled. A small sample of vehicle workings switch between both routes during the day.
